I am currently awaiting an enquiry result but basically I received an email stating my parcel had been delivered. I was out at the alleged time of delivery. Upon arrival there was no sign of it. Upon contacting Yodel I was told that it had been handed over to me at my address!!!! I wasn't there. They have either stolen it, lied or left it elsewhere but did not bother to leave a card to advise of its whereabouts. Have made a formal complaint. It is appalling the driver can state it was handed over to the named recipient when it was not.

I ordered a bottle from Paperchase on the 26th of December. On the 29th of December, they tried to make the first delivery. My family at home didn’t hear the door apparently (I was out) but I will give Yodel the benefit of the doubt and say they did come. They tried to come on the 30th. They apparently couldn’t find my block as the call robot told me later but the worst thing is, the driver “accidentally” logged the delivery as delivered! I then waited ages for a Webchat. He eventually responded but it was about as useful as a woolly hat in the Sahara! It’s the 1st of January, I can only hope it comes next week!

I sent a parcel to my father in a nursing home for christmas for next day delivery and 8 days later they admitted its most probably lost. What is really annoying is that the device may have given me a chance to communicate with him after months of no contact due to covid restrictions So today another 24hrs on yodel have found the parcel ( according to tracking ) and are returning to sender, even though they never attempted to deliver - very bizarre ) It's now 9 days and neither me or my father have the parcel which was supposed to be next day delivery So its now 13 days later and I still have no package, and no explanation from Yodel...will I ever get it back ?

Ordered 3 items from JD on 18th December delivery updated 21st out for delivery. Driver only had 4 stops before mine and never appeared. Tracking still showing out for delivery on 21st December. Total disgrace, Yodel you should be ashamed

Placed an order for a card reader on 10th Dec 2021. Heard nothing until I received an email from Yodel with a tracking number to say my parcel had been delivered at 10.43am on 23rd Dec. and had been "handed to the customer and signed for" despite me not being at home! I rang the call centre to be told the tracking number was incorrect and they gave me the correct tracking number. 29th Dec today, and so far no parcel delivered and no more information supplied....hopeless.

Never ever in my worst nightmare would recommend this. Waited all day long and I receive a notification that they missed me. Worst service ever

Ordered 2 parcels from same company for next day delivery. Both parcels got to the Llandudno depot at the same time but only one sent out. I received that a day late. According to the tracking the other is still in Llandudno. I’m not holding out any hope of ever getting the other parcel now. It seems an awful lot of parcels have gone missing over the last couple of months from this particular depot. I won’t be buying anything from any company that uses yodel as their courier in future.

Modern day dick Turpin lazy drivers who just lie said attempted delivery yet I have ring door bell and no one came tried web chat they called me a liar saying the driver was in vicinity and has evidence of attempted delivery I explained I can show them door bell evidence then blamed weather I live in same area as depot we had no bad weather they just cheats steal money yet no parcel

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This company is awful, I would be very ashamed if I worked for them. They have treated me and what looks like dozens of people poorly. We do not spend our well earned money for our parcels to be lost/stolen. I have waited in all day expecting my parcel and nothing! No tracking update no help from yodel webchat! Was told it was scanned at depot and that is was out for delivery, because I chased this before the 9pm cut off I was told very rudely to wait and see if it turns up! Why should I have to wait and see? I want to know where my parcel is? And I want to know why they can’t tell me the truth? I am absolutely gutted that i have wasted a whole day inside waiting for my parcel and now it looks like I will have to do the same tomorrow. Do not use Yodel. They are time wasters!

Still waiting for my Tails dogs food from 18th December. Updates stopped updating on 21st. Yodel say they cannot help.

My package was delivered to the wrong address, they took a picture of it inside the lobby of the wrong building but because it's nearby YODEL said the geotag placed it as delivered successfully. I received no notification and was in touch with the seller within the 14 period but YODEL claimed no such enquiry had happened and therefore they would not help me. This leave me out of pocket, the seller can't / won't do anything and YODEL will not help me and even hung up on me when I tried to speak to them. YODEL, you are awful.

My Nespresso parcels keeps going missing and they say they have delivered! I have read this is common on. Nespresso group. When you call they don’t help! They could easily ask the driver for proof!

Expecting a delivery of wine 22nd November, despite waiting in all day told the driver tried to deliver and had left a card, (no card), so returned to depot in Preston, on the 25th November we were told it had been lost, hard to believe that a lot of 2 boxes could both go missing. New parcels dispatched on the 19th December, it is now 28th December still no delivery, told by yodel Preston suprise suprise the parcels are missing again. It seems someone there is having a great Xmas drinking our wine and nobody at this company cares and don't give a dam about customers, not even worth one star.

The customer service is non-existent! Delivery drivers are shocking! I had to spend all day on the "web chat" live streaming it with a lawyer to finally get a call from someone who couldn't understand what I was saying for them to just deliver my parcel! If I could give less than 1 star I would! The first time I had a delivery from them someone found my order in their garden 3 miles away, it had to get returned as it was destroyed.

Ordered 3 items from 1 location, got the email notification that they all arrived and were due 16th december, and knowing the time of year I wasn't expecting it to arrive on that day. the 21st came around and I got a tracking notice. when I collected from the driver, I received 1 of my items, tells me they're really busy and they have a massive backlog. Today, the 24th, I received my second, and still unsure when I'll get the third. Got to wonder how they get all 3 items, at the same time at the depot, then send them out at different times and have the drivers complain there's a backlog, maybe send out everything at once and there wouldn't be so many late deliveries? When speaking with the live chat, the only thing they could say was "it's in the depot and your tracking will be updated" even though it shows it's due 16th. Cannot get a number to phone, not allowed to collect the item form the depot either, just gotta sit here and wait until they feel like it.

No item came and you said it did ,after 2 hours on the phone you then said it was dropped off 5 miles away only because we have cctv yodel are not to be trusted use hermes instead

So annoyed having spent most of the afternoon trying to get through to 2 companies that are impossible to contact, Yodel and Very. The Yodel driver has stolen the surround sound system that he has confirmed he dropped off and I signed for this morning. My CCTV shows him putting it back in his van. I have reported it via webcam as that's the only option there is as when you call its just an automated message. I've also reported this to Very. What a despicable thing to do on Christmas eve. I hope Karma brings him what he deserves for Christmas and he is sacked!

Delivery drivers just do what they like as the blatant lies they tell are red ridiculous. I waited in for a delivery yesterday and kept track off it. 3 drops from mine and it suddenly changes to we require more address details. ( they have delivered to me 3 times in the last week) I phoned there customer service and eventually got through after 40 minutes. Apparently the driver could not find my house. You would have to be blind ,deaf and dumb not to be able to find it. It’s also the first house in the street. House has also been here since 1965 so not a new build or a new street. Last week they managed to deliver half my delivery to me and half to my neighbour at the same time. The driver probably had to much delivery’s and decided he was not doing them all. I personally would never use them and don’t understand why large company’s are using hem for delivery’s as they are terrible.

I waited in all day for a collection but they never came at all. Next day I waited in all day and night. When tracker said I was 1 person away I took parcel and put by my feet. I stood in open doorway for just over ten minutes. I saw a vehicle pull up at a neighbour's house hiding behind the bush. I thought it cannot be for me as no one came out of vehicle. It's just sitting there for several minutes. When it pulled out from behind bush I could see it was a huge white van. The driver turned his head to see me standing there with a huge box, then just sped off. I waited all day a night for this collection. It was the driver as I just received text saying place was shut and no one in. This is despite him arriving at incorrect address and not getting out. The tracker said all day latest estimate 18.46. He was outside neighbours property at 7.30pm exactly. Total liar and waste of two days

Yodel driver has stolen my parcel I was due a delivery today and waited in all day. I was waiting for the delivery when I checked the tracker seeing I was 2 away. So I sat eating dinner with my wife and sons. I next got an email ping to say the parcel had been delivered! I ran to my door and nothing! This was a signed for delivery. When I chase Yodel web chat desk they confirmed the delivery had been done as the SAT NAV confirmed. I asked for a Proof Of Delivery and got told no POD due to COVID. I asked again and was given a Longitude and Latitude (which anyone could google) and this related to the top of my road and not my house. When escalated to a "manager" they contradicted themselves by saying it had been signed for by my name! I again stated at not point had I signed or even had a delivery! I have a Ring Door Bell and this confirms NO video or detection in my road in front of my house let alone my door! So YODEL have stolen my parcel and my sons main Xmas present - sickening, sad, evil. I am left with the solution that they will interview the driver back at the depot! Really? Still no POD, no parcel, no evidence.
