Disgusting delivery company on countless occasions they have failed to deliver for the sheer fact they just can't be bothered! Always using the same excuse that failed to gain access to property which is a complete and utter lie! If you are expecting a delivery or having to send packages please avoid this company! A cowboy company in total shambles!

Literally do not buy from companies that use yodel anymore! In the past year I've had 5x deliveries from yodel and had problems with 4 of them! Why are they so bad? Why do companies still use them? How are they still in business?!?!

Absolutely appalling. Have had so many bad experiences with Yodel that unfortunately, I am now in the habit of asking online services which courier they use and if it's Yodel, it is unfortunately a deal-breaker and I can't bring myself to buy from them. Terrible customer service too.

Dreadful service, supposed to have been delivered between 17 and 19 hours tracking it and was 5 minutes away and then was few miles away never delivered!! Delivered the following night just a very light tap on the door ( didn’t use the door bell) supposed to take a picture of it being delivered, if we hadn’t have heard, would have been out in the rain all night ( our else been stolen) Avoid!!!

I wasn’t advised of the delivery in advance consequently I wasn’t in when the parcel was said to have been delivered. According to Yodel the parcel was left on the front steps which are open to passers by and Yodel considers that a secure location. No paper slip or text was left to advise me of the delivery which I only found out when I looked at the Amazon website. When I enquired I was told that an investigation had to take place. 48 hours later the predictable result of this investigation was that the parcel had been delivered and that I had to contact the supplier. Very poor service indeed.

Like many of the reviews my parcel not delivered yet I was in house looking at the van at the end of my drive no card left driver just drove away suspect parcel was not on the van yodel emailed to say no one in lies all lies PS my ring video showed no one called just me standing at front door and van at the end of my drive pulling away .email today said it was on its way belive it when I see it will contact my supplier not to send future parcels with yodel

Ordered an item and, hand up for my own mistake - I mistyped my postcode. No worries, Yodel contacted me advising they needed more info to post it and I updated the address by webchat on the 15th. Imagine my shock when I get an email on the 20th saying it's been returned to seller. Again I contacted yodel who reiterated, I didn't update my address. "It's on your website, time stamped 10:47 on 15th November 'thank you for updating the delivery details we'll get this to you soon'" Apparently that's an error as they have no record of my updated address, despite their website saying I did, and the chat log from the woman I spoke with saying she's updated it. I wish I could give you 0.

Same as below - I have been waiting in ALL DAY for my parcel. I followed the driver's progress on the tracker and when it got to 1 stop before mine, I waited in the window. After a few minutes, I refreshed the tracker and the update said that the driver had tried to deliver and a card had been given.... no card given of course. AVOID!

Absolutely awful! Was told delivery was today and didn't show up! Went on the chat and was told its not their fault they have delays and quote told me " I suggest you just have patience and wait another day" wtf??

Worst delivery company EVER!!!! Yet again, Yodel lies!!! I have been waiting in ALL DAY for this parcel for my daughter. They have now had my package for 4 days. They have twice lied to me about it being delivered today after they failed last night in the time slot given. On Web chat I was told someone had been at my door... I was in, I was at the time trying to contact them about where my package was. Oh, and the actual history of my package on their very own page (which I copied) makes it clear it was wasn't even in a van at the time! Awful service all round. Very unhappy with them. My hopes are after this I never have to deal with them again.

Absolutely shocking two days running I was told a driver called and left a note which he never my neighbours seen him at the other end of the street and made no attempt to come to my door I will never use this service again as like many people I dont have time to sit around for drivers who ruin their customer service and have no pride in their job .shocking diabolical service

if there is 0 i would give but obviusly… if there is 0 i would give but obviusly not possible. Hello, 3 days ago i supposed to receive my delivery it never showed up. Yesterday it supposed to be delivered but instead of that when i checked the tracking it seemed to be refused. I have been at work and never refused my parcel. I want to complain because it looks like your driver it doesn't take ID in order to know that is the correct person refusing the parcel. It has never been left any note or whatever from his behalf and i have been struggling from last night to understand should he attempt a 2nd time or what until today that i have updates on your tracking system that the parcel is sent to the sender. How is possible parcel to be refused if i wasnt there? How is possible to dont do ID check in terms to understand if thats the person who you bring the parcel to. Thats the worst company i have ever used and im so so dissapointed.... and more shocked im from your customer service team - Kimneilam Rose who wasnt able to help at all, he doesnt want me to provide me with phone number of complains or email address and just keep repeating that she gived to me the information i have been asking for. I never asked her what is the status because she keep sending me that i have to contact the seller and ignoring all my question how i can complain from the driver. I spend my saturday morning in dealing with THAT STUPID COMPANY. The worst delivery company i have been using

Yodel set to deliver on Friday. Claimed to have come to my house on Thursday (I was in all day) but driver was told I had moved so Yodel returned the parcel to sender. I have lived here for over 25 years and none of my neighbours would tell them this. It is a fairy story. Unable to to talk to anyone at Yodel except on web chat. All the customer service operative could do was repeat the fairy story that was displayed on the tracking web page. Now waiting for another parcel that was promised for today (18th Nov). Now not expected until 23rd Nov. Yodel have had the package since 6th Nov. I'll not shop with any company that uses Yodel in future.

Followed the tracking and the time of delivery passed by but eventually was next for delivery but then tracking showed that driver had been held up but to keep checking back for an update. Then received a message from someone else in my village who had got my parcel along with a note from the driver saying that he had delivered the wrong parcel and could they deliver my parcel!! I ended up having to make a journey to collect my parcel from them

Where do you begin with Yodel? Ordered some loose tea from Amazon, after a few days of nothing, I receive an email from Yodel telling me it had been delivered. It hadn't. Both myself and my wife were at home at the stated time, no delivery. I contacted the seller and informed him, he kindly said he would send a replacement, which I asked NOT to be Yodel, and a couple of days later a parcel from him via Evri. After that, a neighbour from a different road turns up with the original parcel, which he had found at the bottom of his garden. This was, bizarrely, the second Yodel parcel for me to end up at the bottom of his garden. I can only assume that the Yodel driver is either thick, stupid, lazy, illiterate, or possibly all of those. My advice to anybody out there, if the company you are buying from uses Yodel, either ask them to use a different courier, or don't order from them
