“Lost 2 parcels. The web chat does nothing the phone number is automated and tells you have had your delivery. Which you haven’t. You can’t talk to a person. The app tells you things have been delivered and gives generic pictures of houses. Not even parcels in front of houses. There is no way of explaining anything to anyone.”

Got the parcel sent for a second attempt and yodel decided to inform me that they will deliver when they get around to it.
So I cancelled it, got my money back.

“Said it was left on the front porch at 8.11pm, I finally realised the day after at 9.40am that it had actually been delivered. There was no knock at the door because they didn't even enter the garden, they put it on my driveway in front of the car for all the road to see the parcel. Where is the common sense!”

“I am disabled, confined to a wheelchair or false leg. Therefore I rely on having items deliver to my home. This company has shown itself to be thoughtless, arrogant, negligent and with a total lack of interest for the impact of their behaviour. Their driver left a heavy package on my doorstep underneath a notice stating I am disabled and to place all deliveries in the garage. Such notices mean nothing to this company, they have a policy of ignoring them, arrogantly thinking they do not apply to them. If I had not seen the package, I would have fallen over it. As it is I had to get a neighbour to move it. It was left in full view of the road, and exposed to rain. Despite writing to them, they maintain their arrogant, selfish attitude that they ignore messages on front doors. The responses I received from them were again arrogant, and also dismissive.
Clearly they do not care one jot about the implications of their actions. They refuse my demand to make a charity donation of £200 as means of an apology, and also refused to update their systems to ensure all future deliveries were placed where the notice states to place them.
I have all the patronising emails, the company just farmed it to their overseas "support", who do not do a thing, just write the same mails again and again. I also have a video of the driver reading the notice, then just dumping the heavy package on the doorstep.
I cannot now buy anything that uses this dreadful outfit, it is going to be left where i' cannot move it or collect it. Every other delivery company reads the notice and does what it asks, not this lot.

I leave this review at the start of the delivery service which as I say is not good at all when I am still waiting for this delivery to take place. 2 hour window came and went, tracking still tells me the delivery window and also says I am the next delivery, which is only a couple of minutes from my own address. The website is telling me where the driver is, which I am guessing is the drivers home as they have been too lazy to do any more deliveries... and has been there for several hours... surely telling me the drivers location is a privacy concern for either the driver or yodel? Anywho they clearly don't care as they will be paying bottom dollar per delivery therefore the driver won't care either. Well done Yodel, why do companies want you to deliver their products when there are so many low reviews thanks to you and your service? You are the new Hermes/Evri, which is a very low place to be seen as they were very bad already.”
“Just about everything. They have lost three of my parcels; they do not reply to "live chat": they are just totally and utterly unreliable, and I try to avoid them like the plague; but sometimes I get cheated by a seller, who might say that the parcel will be sent by Royal Mail and then switch to the terrible "Yodel" instead without telling me. I know then that the next nightmare delivery will begin......................”
