“Very slow method of sending goods. 5 working days after my item was actually "picked up" by Yodel driver from local Yodel store, it has still not arrived. An item ordered and dispatched via InPost arrived in 3 days of drop off!!!”
“Absolutely useless company. Two days running they say that they have attempted to deliver, however we were in on bothe days.
We even tracked them to within one stop, then a message popped up that they have tried to deliver.
Don't know why companies use this incompetent company, we never seem to have a problem with Everi, or Amazon.”

“Been waiting almost a week for a delivery. Everyday they’ve given a 2 hour time slot which I’ve waited in for and they’ve not once attempted to deliver.
There was still 28 stops before my delivery today after the allocated time slot and they haven’t shown up.
Now it’s saying ‘we have it’. With no delivery info again.

“The delivery driver drove directly onto our front garden damaging the grass and almost colliding with the front of our house. This is even more concerning when you realise we live in a row of houses that is off the road and the driver drove up a pedestrian pathway to get there??!!”

After getting a notification that my delivery would be arriving on the 7th, I made sure I was home and waiting during the two-hour delivery window (17:47 - 19:47).
Nothing arrived. after checking the tracking info it turns out the driver failed to find my address at 2pm!!!
It's now the 12th. Nothing has been delivered. As you can see from the screenshots, the same lies and useless tracking info as everyone else has been put through.
However, Yodel was able to send me the tracking link for someone else. So, if your tracking number is JD0002232549579345, I'd get in touch with them pronto as I have full access to your delivery now.
They managed to go from total incompetence to criminal incompetence. Zero stars.”
“Would absolutely not recommend Yodel to anyone! Mirrored experience of others, waiting days (having to arrange each time for someone to be there for collection) constant excuses delays and messages not able to respond to! Sent around in circles trying to resolve it - changed address for delivery, confirmed by them but still not delivered!! Then they sent a picture saying been delivered - not my parcel and not the address!”

“Awful. Please avoid, and also avoid InPost who use Yodel as a carrier. I'm convinced Yodel is a scam company. 1 star is too complimentary. Parcels get lost immediately or perpetually delayed with no updates and no tracking (Yodel tracking is so bad it isn't even as precise/delayed as Parcel2Go or InPost tracking - for the same parcel!)”

Got to 9pm my tracking disappeared and a message to say, couldn't find my property please contact Yodel! Funny, they didn't come to my village, my house is so easy to find as only 12 houses on my street, ohh and I need to contact them, how when they close at 7pm on a Saturday and not open Sunday, don't deliver Sunday either, so I'm to wait till Monday now!! “I have been using Yodel for a while to deliver my parcels but their business is going down hill fast, drop off points are always out of order, Highbury news has been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for Yodel to fix it.
Yodel are ruining the business of the shop and also my businesses, I will now delete Yodel as a delivery option and go back to Evri and Royalmail .”
“Shame there isn’t an option to leave no stars. Worst courier company, always grimace when I see a company use them to deliver as never a good experience. On this occasion they have lost my parcel, but spent days lying to me that it was at the depot, and was out for delivery.
Staff are either completely incompetent, as the parcel is not small so I imagine hard to lose, or it has been stolen by a courier.
No offer of help from Yodel to rectify this, despite an email admitting they have lost it. Am having to try to get a refund from the company who sent the parcel, despite this not being their fault.
Interesting how many other reviews say similar. Clearly issues with this company. AVOID IF YOU CAN”
