"My parcel and someone else's whose address was 1\/4 mile away was left in a back lane outside a garage door. And obviously wasn't my first floor flat. I personally delivered the other persons parcel or they would never had got it.\r\nShambolic company say they use 'what3words' but they never asked me for a 'W3W' delivery square. Wish I had the option with what delivery company you are getting as wouldn't order anything knowing Yodel were delivering it."

"I am absolutely disgusted with Yodel. They are the most dishonest and unreliable courier I\u2019ve ever dealt with. I\u2019ve had multiple parcels marked as \u201cdelivered\u201d when nothing was delivered at all, and the so-called \u201cproof photos\u201d are completely fake \u2014 not even close to my address!\r\n\r\nThis isn\u2019t just incompetence anymore \u2014 it\u2019s fraudulent and deceitful. Their customer service is a complete joke \u2014 no accountability, no help, just empty responses.\r\n\r\nYodel has caused me endless frustration and financial loss, and I\u2019ve had enough. Shame on this company for continuing to operate like this. People deserve honesty, not lies and fake delivery photos."

"'Unable to gain access to the property', was the sole explanation I received from Yodel for their failed delivery. Incompetent delivery service and lousy customer service. What is difficult about accessing this property???"

"My parcel had an incomplete address on it, rather then contact me or return to sender this morning, the courier just put it through any letterbox going by sallatite lol. How can he possibly know that this house made the order. I have tracked the house down at the beginning of my road and they told me that they dont have my parcel, even though i have proof of photo of the door. Your courier should be spoken to. I am expecting more parcels that will probably end up there again,and i wont get them. Bad service."
