“After many issues a few years ago I have had 2 deliveries in the last month. On the stated delivery day they say when the parcel is en route and give a 2 hour delivery time slot and display the location of the van on Google maps. Wonderful!”

“Yodel could make me happy by never handling another parcel destined for me. Yesterday they managed to break a ceramic vessel by throwing it over an eight foot gate today another issue. A different parcel came all the way from China to Hatfield and then....... eaten by snakes. To get through to the webchat 'adviser' is hopeless and when you do the level of communication is appalling. In fact everything about this shower of s..t is appalling.”

“i have had quite a few deliveries from yodel and there drivers are cheerful respectful and very polite not many firms can say that about there drivers yodel should be very proud of them”

“I was out when parcel was delivered but I received a text informing me that the parcel had been delivered and left in a safe place. When I got home there was a note through my letterbox with instruction regarding where my parcel had been left. Precise instructions given and a thoughtful safe place chosen to leave my parcel. Thank you Yodel!”

“we were not expecting our order until the 14th. It arrived on the 13th while we were out. A note was left and the next day our order arrived exactly as the tracking predicted. We were very impressed...well done”

“My parcel was delivered to the wrong address although the correct post code was on it. I spoke toVuyolwethu at Yodel who immediately rectified the error and arranged for the driver to return and pick up the parcel. I have only praise for this employee.”

“Our elderly Aunt in France sent us a parcel via a London company, to her niece who lives in Staffordshire UK. The Aunt put the wrong address on the INTERNET ORDER FORM, and could not afterwards tell the niece the reference number given. The parcel involved became overdue for delivery. On speaking to the customer service team on 0844 755 0117 and explaining the scenario, they pulled out all their investigative skills to trace the parcel. The yodel driver delivered the wrongly addressed parcel the next day. WELL DONE EVERYONE INVOLVED AT YODEL. (September 2015)”

“Reading reviews of Yodel after having ordered my item already left me very sceptical. However everything the tracker system stated was in-check with that was going on and I received my item a couple of days before the allocated date. I had no trouble with the delivery being tampered with, delayed etc.”

“We always get the same driver and he his polite and very helpful and usually the parcels arrive sooner than expected. I can't praise him enough. I don't know why this company get such bad reviews, it is a mystery to me. Maybe all the other drivers are rubbish, i don't know. We live in North Wootton, Somerset just in case his boss see this review.”

“I placed an order on eBay and expected 3 - 5 day royal mail delivery, but I received a text from Yodel letting me know my order would be delivered the next day, providing me with a tracking number. I was pleasantly surprised. A quick google search led to a lot of negative reviews, so I wasn't feeling too hopeful about receiving my order on time, or in good condition. However, the next day, as promised, my parcel arrived intact at around 11am. Good service. Hopefully this can provide some hope if you're expecting a Yodel delivery and have heard bad things.”

“I would like to thank my Yodel delivery lady, if i get a parcel delivered by Yodel i know i'm going to get it unlike some other services i'v had to deal with . she is always polite and respectful its a pity all other services don.t have a delivery person like this .i don.t know her name but on package there is a no 7720 pete 36 please thank her for me . a happy customer”

“I never tend to write reviews however today My driver went beyond their job role. Very friendly, smiley, always on time. I believe people only write reviews when experienced a bad service but we never compliment or write positive feedback when we receive a good service.sad really. Great job! Always spot on a+ service.
