“Driver pulled up outside the house, spent a few minutes searching the van, then drove away having not found the parcel. The website tracking was updated to say delivery attempted and to webchat. Webchat said driver could not find the property. I explained what actually hsppened. They ignored this and could not tell me where my package is. Now I have to wait until they eventually admit to having lost it before I can get a replacement from the seller. I asked on the webchat to open a complaint. They told me to go to the website to do it. The website states to open a webchat. Terrible customer service”
“Shocking delivery company ! They are literally the worst company ever, I thought Hermes/evri were bad but these are just a joke. On 3 separate occasions I’ve paid for next day delivery and when the sender uses yodel, the tracking says it’s arrived at hub/ local depot and after 4/5 days still nothing and then after an email or use live chat, all you get is it will be with you soon. Avoid this company at all costs because their logistics are horrendous!!”

“I literally saw the driver in the building opposite mine, get in the van.. sit there for 10 mins and drive off. Then I get notified that he tried to deliver my packages.

The parcel was due to be delivered today between 9:55 am and 11:55 am. The driver came around 10:05 am and said that the parcel is their another van and they shall bring it .. it’s 17:49 hrs now and still have not got it.
I had all plans cancelled to collect the parcel”

I had to stand outside my house in the cold to flag the driver down to get my delivery. Even so they still managed to go to the wrong house.
I waited in for 3 days for the delivery, the first 2 days they didn’t even try to deliver, they said they’d ‘missed me’ when I was home all the time. I would advise buyers not to purchase from companies who use Yodel.”
“Absolutely everything about this company is unprofessional. Their website, how difficult it is to even access the live chat. A parcel took from the 2nd January to the 17th to arrive. I got no email or text or code to access the Pod to get the parcel. I was on live chat with quite a few of their staff and it’s not their fault it’s the people at the top of this unbelievably terrible service. I had to setup an account with Yodel, keeps logging me out, just to check the updates, I then got told my username and password was incorrect. I wanted to ad the tracking number if the company wishes to reply but can’t log in to get it. I will repeat the staff on live chat had limited access to helping me find out where the package was. I even said I would just drive to one of the depots if they just give me the phone number of the depot and they couldn’t do that.

“If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst delivery service I have ever received and their customer service is just as bad. Paid over £100 worth of stuff on Ninja, still haven't received it, but they "attempted" to deliver it twice, cancelled plans both days to stay in, followed the delivery tracker all day, sat by the door and phone and not a peep. Liars to say the least, no attempt was made and no card was left. I contacted them as soon as I got an email saying they attempted delivery and suddenly the driver is out of the area and I have to wait 24hrs, this happened twice... Shocking service, will never ever use them again, I'll be lucky if I even receive this package. They assume we all have nothing to do and don't have busy lives to just be sitting by the door for an "attempted delivery" package. Useless”

“So I ordered from george asda and yodel was supposed to deliver my order on the 16th of January so they say that they need more information of my house address so they didn't deliver it on the delivery date and tried to phone them but only speaking to a robot lady and not a real human people and managed to deliver it on the 17th of January it a rubbish service they need to sort there systems company or they need to closed the company service down will never use them again at all”

“Yodal have had problems since xmas 2024 for me and I'm no longer going to use them on platform ebay and vinted - the delays will cost you money or product or both. Get in your settings and remove this delivery option. I have contacted them and they won't commit to a delivery date and just give you the run around.”

“Just had the most awful experience with Yodel, I placed an order from eBay who used Yodel to deliver, I had a message on eBay from Yodel "we have your parcel and will deliver on Monday Jan the 6th" imagine my suprise on Monday going into eBay that it said " Your item has been delivered" funny because I have a sprained ankle so housebound for a while, the only caller was the postman.
Reported it immediately to the seller saying its a lie and where is the proof and photo, informed eBay, tried to contact Yodal ? that's impossible it's a machine. eBay closed the case saying the seller had proof of delivery, if he did why didn't I ? eBay said get proof? Ye right from a machine. Yodel is in trouble but not telling anyone. Avoid at all costs and dont expect help from eBay anymore either.”
