How, honestly, does this company stay in business? They get your parcel, tell you they've got your parcel, then sit on your parcel for week. No changes on the tracker. Then out of the blue, someone chucks your package at your front door, and scarpers. Live chat is a serious misnomer. Tried calling? Yeah, right. Unfortunately, many of my suppliers are Chinese companies and they all seem to use them. Cheap, I suppose. It's beyond belief/credibility/all probability that it still has a pulse. Someone, please put it out of its misery. And us.

Yodel always is late for my delivery!! Always!! If it says delivery from 2-3 days then at the end it takes week

1) there was no attempt to deliver. I know of this as a fact because i was at home 15/08 and 16/08. 2) no one from Yodel has attempted to contact me, the recipient, for any additional information required to deliver the parcel. A quick phone call should suffice if the delivery staff is unable to locate me-- which shouldn't be the case as I don't live in the middle of nowhere and have accessible entry 3) there is no access code required for the property, which I have already mentioned

3 parcels returned to sender as they can't find my address (other couriers and Royal Mail can) 1 parcel given to a stranger as per photo attached. One man handing it to another on a patch of waste ground it appears, and they say that is proof I received it. Very funny ha ha. Lost a bargain pair of shoes I had bought. Hope you enjoy wearing them!!

Absolutely terrible company that needs to be investigated by trading standards and,indeed the department for trade. Useless with deliveries, lack of accountability and customer service does not do anything.

My parcel has not been delivered. I left safe place instructions and the driver ignored these and still has my parcel. YODEL claim driver left a calling card, unfortunately that's a lie, no card left.

You claim to have posted a package through my letterbox . you are liars. I was in the whole day watching the path . my door wide open ..I have multiple sensory disabilities communication by text is the best method to get things across to yodel .After sending numerous texts about my situation I still did not get a reply . yodel severely lack customer care and are insulting towards disabled people . Don't,repeat Don't. Use them

If I could give zero I would. The driver claims he couldn't find the property. Their tracking service clearly shows the correct vicinity of the property. If he had stopped his van & got out of it, he would clearly see the signs to my property. I waited in all morning for this package as it has to be delivered in person. I contacted the chat line 10 mins after 'failed delivery' & after loads of platitudes they said it will be delivered next day. All other courier companies can find my property. I will not order now from anyone that uses Yodel. No customer service, nothing beyond provided, simply we can not deliver it so you have to wait in another day.

I needed my parcel to be returned to sender, They advised my parcel had been returned to the store where I had dropped it off CN CONVIENIENCE STORE, CANNOCK WS12 3EA, they gave me a collection code but SURPRISE, SURPRISE it has gone missing. nice pair of Free boots for someone in Yodel.... SHAME ON YOU YODEL.... customer service at Yodel just don't care.

ZERO star rating Actually a ZERO star rating. Over 17% of review are one Star or less.. telling you something. My experience is one of utter failure.. Lies, LIES and More LIES. Divers claiming attempted deliveries and I was in both days all day 2nd and 5th August. Then after much correspondence with the HELP desk. A failed Promise to deliver on the 8th. Next a failed Guarantee of delivery on the 9th... Today thet have requested the local depot (Wrexham) a delivery for today the 12th August. But the tracking shows nothing moving. It must be embarrassing to let people know you work for Yodel and the Wrexham Depot. INCOMPETENCE and More LIES than you can shake a stick at... Utterly USELESS... I cannot rate them low enough AVOID as all COST

Waited 2 hours for them with a chair literally in front of the door checking on the tracker constantly and once of a sudden "we missed you" update.... This is by far worst delivery shaite company

Ordered an item from SharkNinja and subsequently given a tracking reference. This eventually showed the item as arrived at my local depot and out for delivery. Lo and behold it then shows as being sent back to Merchant and to contact them! Yodel stated Ninja had placed a ‘stop’ notice on the item. Ninja vehemently denies ever issuing such a notice. The item was resent via another courier and arrived within 3 days. So we now have Yodel protesting innocence and I quote their latest: “The information I have provided you with is merely tracking information. Before the parcel entered our network, the return-to-send scan was applied. We no longer have the parcel in our network”. Now, the tracking clearly showed it having arrived at my local Depot and as ready for delivery, 4 days later they marked it as returned! I for one will never use this Company again!

Missed delivery because the driver couldn't find my address on his sat nav .How is it possible that a driver wouldn't know the ares they are delivering in .Absolutely terrible customer services department as well

Delivery arrived at delivery depot 3am on the 6/8 due for delivery that day nothing spoke with chat line assured me it was coming out on 6/8 just wasn’t showing on system no it didn’t again on the 7/8 told same again at 4 pm still sitting there at depot Staff on chat line can only see what the app says they cannot contact depot so why use are they And we now move to the 8/8 and having paid 6.99 for the service this is appalling I have been lied to o at best

My live chat with Arti Kumari was both reassuring and gratifying. My complaint was dealt with efficiently and sympathetically and has gone a long way in restoring my faith in Yodel.
