“Awful from start to finish. 'Delivered' my parcel to a 'Safe Place' - I live on a main road and they propped it up against an outside wall... And inevitable the parcel was stolen. I have proof from the delivery picture that it was left somewhere completely unsafe.
Nobody to physically speak with other the phone, just an automated option circuit that does nothing. Also left waiting for 20mins+ on the online chat. When I did manage to get through via web chat one time, they just advised there was nothing they could do.
Can't actually believe they're still running to be honest”
“Absolute joke, Yodel delivery driver threw the large box of dog food off my front door and it landed on the doorstep. My dog was sleeping in our front lounge, and recovering from surgery at the Vet. Driver absolute scum he distressed and severely upset a small dog. Yodel got back to me saying we are investigating! You owe me for an extra Vet bill for causing my dog to be more unwell ! So thanks yodelš please do not use this company as they are -1 out of ten. I have sent photos of the box being propelled at my door ( look no hands! ) I have a recording and photos on my RING camera.”
“Do not use. I ordered goods online on two occasions and the seller used yodel. Both times goods missing . Yodel did not even attempt delivery. Phone lines useless and staff incompetent. Avoid.”

“I never received my parcel and I couldnāt even get through to a human in customer service, just an automated message telling me thereās been a delay but no information on if it will ever arrive. Itās been weeks now. Information on the website just says āContact Senderā but I know my package is with Yodel.”
“Parcel was tracked from China to the local yodel sort office near Edinburgh,then I was told it had been returned to China , no satisfactory explanation given . Later the tracking said my package had been delivered to the address on the package, false ! then a tracking said it had been handed to me in Hayes ! false! No help from customer service, I gave them all the numbers which I had been given, and screenshots of their tracking. I was told they could not track this item because I didn't have some number which they had never vouchsafe to give me . No help, no apology, no refund.
The tracking in this country has been fraudulently entered , why , I can only surmise one of their staff has stolen my item and is trying to cover their tracks . Since customer service is totally unhelpful this is the only conclusion I can make , theft and fraud .
Do not ever use this company .”
“Absolutely hopeless.
They keep promising delivery but never do. They say they want more information. I sent them pictures of our house entrance and a map. Still no joy. They say chat with them so I do. But only get computer generated responses. All other couriers find our house. If a company say they use yodel think twice before ordering anything from them.”
“I have now had 2 parcels sent to the local store only to receive emails from Yodel to advise the parcels have been delivered to a store 200 miles away. When I finally got through to the customer service I have been told to contact the sender. I asked why can they not pick up the parcels and forward to the correct store and they kept saying I need to chase the sender. Its not the senders fault and I find it quite suspicious that 2 different parcels have gone to the wrong address. Tried phoning the delivery store and the phone is disconnected. Never ever again will I get delivery through yodel.”
“Never turned up to collect a parcel JD0002232608007995. I was home, I have CCTV and ring doorbell. No one came. I contacted yodel (this was extremely difficult to do) when I got through to webchat, the agent was ignorant and told me I had to contact the retailer! The retailer? I was sending a parcel via door to door prepaid service ... what retailer ? Then the agent just cut me off. I paid for a service ... they failed ... then dismissed me without any help at all. And kept my money for the prepaid label”

“They issue you with 'store to door' postage labels at a competitive price for a service they do not fulfill. You're supposed to be able to drop your parcel at any yodel participating store, but the drivers refuse larger parcels and you're absolutely screwed. Customer service is horrendous. I waited 30 mins on hold only for them to hang up within the first 30 seconds of my call. Eventually spoke to somebody who said I need to call yodel direct, not yodel. When I asked if she'd put me through she admitted there was no phone line for yodel direct. Appalling company. I don't know how they're still going.”
