“1st my parcel was delayed. Then it was delivered incorrectly. Their customer service was diabolical. There has been no follow up. This company needs to be closed down.”
“My parcel should be delivered on the 7th of march, I have been in contact with you everyday have given my details everyday and you have just asked again through the yodel app. I even went to your Selby depot to try and get it, only to be told by the woman there ( not looking through 4 pallets of packages now for your parcel) 24 mile round trip for nothing. The company I ordered the product from has said they will ship a new one and use a different delivery company, can you imagine getting a new parcel from Hong Kong quicker than from Selby 12 miles away.

Having been in charge of a large number of people in the past I know the quickest way to make your workers do their job is to make a couple redundant just a thought

“Terrible company. Told me they have attempted delivery three times when they had not. Told me they needed more delivery information when they had full address and "what three words" for the address plus a google image. Told me they needed to chat about address but I tried about eight times to speak to a human with no success.

“Yodel in my opinion has to be the worst courier.I have a subscription with a company and they are now using Yodel.My item never arrived , not even the replacement.I think that they employ useless couriers as they either cannot be bothered to look up the address as when I tracked my item the response was bad address or need clarity on my address.I live in a town not out in the sticks.”
“Yodel have had my parcel for a month, they say it’s because of a security problem and I need to contact the provider. I’ve contacted the provider who has given me what Yodel need and still no sign of my parcel. Will not be using them again and will instruct anyone I’m buying from that I will not buy from them if they use this company”

“Shocking, twice now the driver has let me down saying they need more delivery information, then saying they tried to deliver it even though they apparently needed more delivery information 🤔 they didn't even come near the house, I followed them on the tracking map, my house is easy to find, the driver just can't be bothered, and disgusting customer service on the chat too, I hope to never have to deal with Yodel again.”
“I wish, I could give zero stars.
My parcel was due for delivery on Saturday. However, the driver couldn’t find my home and asked for me to contact yodel. After contacting customer service, they asked me to add in my What3words location, which I added. I also included extra directions in the special instructions box.
My package was then due for delivery on Monday. Once again, the driver could not find my home. I contacted customer service again about possibly getting it delivered to a Yodel store, which happens to be my Spar next door.
However, I was advised that another team would investigate, and I should wait 24 hours. It was then due for delivery on Tuesday. But yet again, with the what3words and special instructions. I received another notification that they need some more information about my address. Which I assume is that the driver could not find my home.
The options to change the delivery address, etc., were not available to me and The only option available is to pick it up at the depot. The nearest depot to me is about 2 hours away!
I then contact their customer service again and they sent an email saying the parcel would get delivered at the next working day. Well it got to Friday and I found out that my package had been sent back to Shein. They are the worst delivery company ever!”
“After redirecting my parcel to a local store, because I knew I would be out and getting a confirmation email that I had done this, there was no more communication. No notification to say it was there, so no code to pick it up, four days of this: tracking kept saying it was still with the sender, then tonight tracking says I failed to collect it so it's going to be returned. Cant seem to contact them either due to their stupid Ai set up.”
“I have been reading these poor reviews with mounting horror. However I speak as I find and my Vinted parcel ordered 4 days ago arrived this morning with no issues. So here in Peterborough a happy bunny. The lady driver was polite and cheerful so a great experience.”

Their live chat team lie to you making promises on how the delivery is being made that day and making up lies about how they are still waiting for the parcel to be delivered to them when they’ve actually had it the whole time,
I’m so glad you can download the transcript from the live conversations I have been sending them all to Shien hoping they don’t use this company again in future.
They keep you waiting on the phone for over an hour and still don’t help you, I can see why the wait to talk to someone is so long with the amount of complaint’s they must get.
How they are still running a business is beyond me.”

“They don't tell you of they have an issue finding your address, you only find out through the parcels journey after it doesn'tshow up. They say update preferences but they ignore them. They say get in touch but no one answers the live chat or phone. The email address given for complaints doesn't take complaints and directs you back to the live chat option.”
