Worse of the worse - would rather have my tooth pulled than deal with this company again... They don't even allow you to complain to them - they just shut you off - have never dealt with such a rude company before - they obviously don't care as they don't even a complaints page..

So I ordered from george asda and yodel was supposed to deliver my order on the 16th of January so they say that they need more information of my house address so they didn't deliver it on the delivery date and tried to phone them but only speaking to a robot lady and not a real human people and managed to deliver it on the 17th of January it a rubbish service they need to sort there systems company or they need to closed the company service down will never use them again at all

Awful service. They left a big parcel on the door step when no one was home and didn’t bother to leave it in a safe space or with neighbours. My house is on a very busy road where the parcel was clearly obvious and was therefore stolen.

Yodal have had problems since xmas 2024 for me and I'm no longer going to use them on platform ebay and vinted - the delays will cost you money or product or both. Get in your settings and remove this delivery option. I have contacted them and they won't commit to a delivery date and just give you the run around.

Horrific service. The parcels arrive in our delivery depot next day and then just sit there for weeks, had to collect 5 parcels from there befors christmas and now the same again more parcels just sitting there. Might as well close the company down.

Parcel says out for delivery for days then never arrives. Contact live chat who promise its coming today and again never arrives. Asked to raise a complaint and wouldn't give me info for raising the complaint

Just had the most awful experience with Yodel, I placed an order from eBay who used Yodel to deliver, I had a message on eBay from Yodel "we have your parcel and will deliver on Monday Jan the 6th" imagine my suprise on Monday going into eBay that it said " Your item has been delivered" funny because I have a sprained ankle so housebound for a while, the only caller was the postman. Reported it immediately to the seller saying its a lie and where is the proof and photo, informed eBay, tried to contact Yodal ? that's impossible it's a machine. eBay closed the case saying the seller had proof of delivery, if he did why didn't I ? eBay said get proof? Ye right from a machine. Yodel is in trouble but not telling anyone. Avoid at all costs and dont expect help from eBay anymore either.

Star rating correlates directly to the % success rate of using them to deliver Vinted parcels. They promise a delivery service that they can't provide and when you contact them there is 0% customer service because their contract is with Vinted and not the buyer/seller. How these guys are still allowed to do business and take people's money I have no idea, they're a scam and it's only a matter of time before they're shut down. Parcels "delivered" then returned to Yodel within a couple of hours with no time for collection, marked as collected when they haven't been so they can boast a higher success rate, damaged parcels returned to sender 3 weeks later. Save yourself the trouble and stick to Royal Mail.

Terrible Terrible company, no customer service number and driver are not accepting large item even you pay extra for it. and the company dont do any thing about it

Very bad and very poor customer service. My parcel was in their warehouse and they didn't deliver it to me on the right day. I communicated via chat the first time and in the middle of the conversation, the person who was talking to me simply left the conversation without saying anything! Then I called them and a lady there answered me but with a very bad network signal! Among other things, she told me that my address was correct and he didn't know why they hadn't delivered the item to me on the right day! Really really disappointing!

Do not bother applying for a self employed delivery driver role, you will get paid less than minimum wage & be rushing around like a mad man! Still waiting on my wages after 5 weeks & the level of communication is beyond disgusting . Managers thinking they can just ignore my calls/messages when they are suppose to be there to help! Now I’m having to take a drive to depot which is 40 mins away just to find out what is going on with my wages!! Stay away from yodel unless you want to be treated like an idiot ??!!

Missed my delivery as I was at work asked for it to be left behind my bins or in shed .the driver left it on the doorstep of a different address claiming to have handed it to the customer definitely did not then sent a picture still claiming they delivered it to myself. Definitely not my address!back and fourth with the sender and yodel for yodel not to accept accountability for the whole mix up so no refund offered or another item and still no parcel. Left on a doorstep on a main road has grown legs and walked and yodel admitted it was left at the wrong address but still have left me out of pocket .

They are incapable of delivering parcels to the correct address and just hold things at depots for weeks at a time. Customer service is abysmal.

I am caught in a time warp. I had a confirmed and paid order made last year. It has not arrived. I religiously contact the company via what I assume is an Indian call centre. I receive reassurance that my parcel will be delivered that day. I believe them. I wait a day. I then repeat the process. Today, I have changed tactic. I have now contacted the company that I ordered from and asked them to re-consider their choice of delivery agent. I have also reported the consignment as lost and asked for a replacement from them. We shall see.

Yodel just lie. They will tell you ‘out for delivery’ when it is not. They will say ‘attempted delivery but no answer’ when no delivery has been attempted. (Security cameras and ring doorbells confirm no attempt to deliver) Retailers who use Yodel do not deserve your business. Avoid all companies who use Yodel if you wish to remain sane!

I ordered my package 3 weeks ago and it’s been at my ‘local delivery depot’ for the whole week.so inconvenient. I don’t know why they think the my can deliver my package just when they can be bothered. I needed my birthday outfit and it still didn’t come and I waited and waited and it didn’t come.so frustrating. It said it was delivering on Tuesday.so I waited till it came late and I just gave up waiting. Honestly if you see yodel don’t even bother.Im going to tell you from the bottom of my heart.Its not coming 💗

3.5 is more like the score I would've awarded - based roughly on the amount of times they have performed actually really well.. Unfortunately though, when they do disappoint, they seem to excel in begging us to ask "WHY??" (or worse!) I don't think it's fair to blame the majority of their embattled self employed delivery agents, (the one's who posess local knowledge they can use to help plan their route) the problem on the delivery end seems to be with the van drivers from out of town who have had their routes 'fixed' for them in advance. Also the tracking information either lacks any detail or at least anything that's accurate enough to be of any use, and woe-betide the joys of trying to resolve any issues by trying to communicate using their live chat service.. However, I'm lucky enough to be able to say that so-far they've always managed to come through for me though, even if it has been much noticeably later than estimated.
