“Such a silly delivery service, why email saying you will deliver on a Thursday then say Wednesday morning you will deliver on Wednesday between 1400-1600 making wait between that time so I can be there to collect. Tracked it the whole time, showed you were on my road then at 1700 go back to we have your package. Very dodgy and terrible service, I think the drivers or company are trying to get some bonuses.”
“Worst experience of a courier ever. Paid for next day and waited in all day. Then at the last minute they update the app to say delivery attempted. No calling card was left however and I live in a ground floor one bedroom flat...I would have heard the door because I have a telephone intercom. I now have only one option, to collect from 30 miles away despite living 1/4 mile from a yodel depot.”

“They didn't deliver my parcel or attempt to. They kept it for 21 days, losing it at some point. They queried my (accurate) address for days.
Eventually to seller refunded bur I had to ask 5 times.”

“Yodel is probably an even worse company than Evri. I've been waiting for my parcel for so long - they've been holding it in the warehouse for at least 5 days. I haven't had any updates for 5 days. And Customer Service is probably a joke. You can't get through to them by phone - after 12 minutes of waiting - I gave up. Webchat - you also have to wait until you finally lose patience and give up. Horrible company. I don't recommend it.”
“Told my parcel was out for delivery. Tracked on app 1 stop away. Then said problem with address need to chat. Went on chat, useless told me to enter what 3 words on app. Said they would attempt delivery tomorrow. Checked app & what 3 words already on! They just couldn’t be bothered delivering. Tried to call but can’t get past automated voice mail. Very annoying. What happens if they can’t find me tomorrow do I just wait forever? Could have called me. Would give no stars if I could”
“Waited in on the parcel all day watched the van tracker. It was in the street next to me and the parcel didn't arrive, I received an email at 21.11 hrs to say it was delivered at 13.00 to a safe place. No safe place on form, no photo, or card. Tried to phone its just a bot saying its in safe place. Tried live chat and no one speaks. Terrible service and company wasted 2 days on this and still no delivery!”
“I had used Yodel to post CFL after packing it properly and also written fragile label. However they damaged it and the other party refused to accept. It has been more than 3 months and I'm still awaiting for the damaged parcel to be returned to the origin depot as claim process needs photo of the damaged parcel inspite of their portal showing the status as damaged”

“Told me I have to be here to accept delivery. Emailed me Wednesday to say on route, tracking said will be here by Friday. So I jumped on their chat box to ask for something a tad shorter than a 76 hour window to have to stay in for delivery. The staff member ended the chat. Great company. If you're a business and are considering using this courier, think twice, concise and proper communication is everything.”
