Absolutely hopeless. They keep promising delivery but never do. They say they want more information. I sent them pictures of our house entrance and a map. Still no joy. They say chat with them so I do. But only get computer generated responses. All other couriers find our house. If a company say they use yodel think twice before ordering anything from them.

I have now had 2 parcels sent to the local store only to receive emails from Yodel to advise the parcels have been delivered to a store 200 miles away. When I finally got through to the customer service I have been told to contact the sender. I asked why can they not pick up the parcels and forward to the correct store and they kept saying I need to chase the sender. Its not the senders fault and I find it quite suspicious that 2 different parcels have gone to the wrong address. Tried phoning the delivery store and the phone is disconnected. Never ever again will I get delivery through yodel.

Never turned up to collect a parcel JD0002232608007995. I was home, I have CCTV and ring doorbell. No one came. I contacted yodel (this was extremely difficult to do) when I got through to webchat, the agent was ignorant and told me I had to contact the retailer! The retailer? I was sending a parcel via door to door prepaid service ... what retailer ? Then the agent just cut me off. I paid for a service ... they failed ... then dismissed me without any help at all. And kept my money for the prepaid label

Honestly such a bad experience still waiting for for my item sender send them more than 15 days ago and haven't received yet very disappointed bad service and not recommended

My parcel has been at their hub for 8 days. I will not buy anything online if yodel are the delivery company.

They issue you with 'store to door' postage labels at a competitive price for a service they do not fulfill. You're supposed to be able to drop your parcel at any yodel participating store, but the drivers refuse larger parcels and you're absolutely screwed. Customer service is horrendous. I waited 30 mins on hold only for them to hang up within the first 30 seconds of my call. Eventually spoke to somebody who said I need to call yodel direct, not yodel. When I asked if she'd put me through she admitted there was no phone line for yodel direct. Appalling company. I don't know how they're still going.

Awful service. Said they had attempted to deliver three times. Liars. We were in on every occasion. Impossible to talk to a human. Never deal with them.

The driver delivered the box of dog food. Let’s get things correct! He threw the box of my front door and doorstep. Had the cheek to state delivered to customers hands! My dog is recovering from surgery at the Vet. It was all captured on ring camera. Absolute scumbag. Woke my dog up and she was upset and distressed. Tried to contact Yodel to complain, but therein lies the problem, multiple answer phone which takes you around in circles.

Yodel said they had attempted delivery 3 times and so I had to collect from their warehouse, meaning a journey of over 30 miles! On checking security cameras it proved there had never been any attempt to deliver my parcel. I raised a complaint, with no response and discovered through online chat that the driver said they couldn't find my address. All other deliveries reach me without issue. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by Yodel and the driver. I would recommend that if you require safe delivery of goods, that you do not use this incompetent dishonest company.

Yodel are the worst delivery company. They gave me a two hour delivery slot and told me my parcel needed to be handed to me in person and that it couldn’t be left in a safe place then they delivered my parcel early and left it by the side of the house in full view of the road without leaving a delivery card so I had no idea where it was. To make matters worse they then emailed me saying it had been delivered during the 2 hour delivery slot and had been handed to me even though I had been in and they had not! It was only because a neighbour had seen them earlier when I had taken the dog out for a walk that I knew they had actually been. Why lie about the time and why say they had handed it to me when they hadn’t. Their customer services are a joke as it’s an automated service telling you that your parcel has been delivered, you can’t actually speak to anyone. Dreadful company, I don’t know why anyone uses them. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with them.

Yodel is a used as a delivery partner for another company that I order from. The delivery from Yodel has been shocking. No package arrived at my apartment and I received no communication regarding this, in fact, I have received no communication from Yodel for the failed delivery. I happened to notice a note on the delivery tracking which stated that they required more information about my address. I have contacted Yodel 5 times regarding the address. When they asked me if it was the correct address, I said no and provided the correct one. Only after the 5th attempt was it changed. At this point, they told me it was my responsibility to collect said parcel from the depot, unfair to say the least as I provided them with every possible piece of information (address, other landmarks, what to look for, a contact number). Now, I am being told that it will be delivered today (a week late), but when query what to do if it doesn’t arrive, as it hasn’t before and contacting the Live Chat has not helped, the Customer Service Representative said I “should not worry” as the “attempt delivery” will happen “soon”, and then ended the chat. Disgusting customer service, and definitely the least helpful customer service team I have ever had to correspond with.

Parcel received from Debenhams today ,the driver was shocking threw my parcel from the van! Then pulled it along the ground,I then stopped him and my 84 year poorly husband had to get a sheet from the garage and pull it into garage on the sheet! This is a man who had a cardiac arrest last March!I I couldn’t help as I have severe back problems,you need to tell your drivers to have some respect for customers there was no hello ,just downright rude attitude,

Yodel failed deliver parcel even though someone in the house every single day and left a note on post box. I don’t think they even tried to deliver it. It was my son’s birthday present.

I cannot fault the drivers but the customer service team are dreadful - I have two addresses in my account but when labels are being printed they are mixing up the postcodes - some drivers have struggled to find me which delays them whilst they search for where my address actually is. Just had a long live chat and when it was obvious the operator was unable to edit the postcode in their system, he just cut me off the chat.

The absolute worst company ever. They failed to deliver the parcel 6 days in a row and their customer service is completely useless. Baffling how they’re still in business.
