“Really sorry to complain but over the last couple of years 3 times my instructions haven't been carried out by the delivery agent the most recent being yesterday when my parcel was left on my front doorstep in full view of passers by despite me having confirmed email to say it would be delivered to my chosen neighbour as I wouldn't be at home.
The help line was very good and has reassured me that this won't happen again.”
“My parcel sent 9 days ago ,it has been to 3 depots and still not out for delivery.
Contacted them 3 times now and had someone wait in everyday as item needed for this weekend, also contacted twice by the seller.
Ordered something from another seller on Ebay was delivered in less than 24 hours royal mail.

“The tracking keeps saying that they need more information to deliver my parcel, it's been 3 different days that they'd said they'd deliver, and yet when I go on live chat they say they have the address and everything is fine!!! Make it make sense.”
“Stayed in to wait for delivery, only for parcel to be delivered to wrong address. I got in touch with online services who showed photo of where it has been delivered. It was correct house number but wrong house!. Online chat deliberately cut off before we finished our conversation. So phoned another customer service team member who insisted it had been delivered to my house. When I became insistent that it hadn't, she admitted that it was delivered to the different address. I knew the address she mentioned and then had to get in the car and drive to get it. Thankfully the person gave me the package. No excuse for driver delivering wrongly as full address in package. Won't be using them again.”
“Absolutely disgusting service. Two people in the Yodel van—one stayed inside while the woman got out already holding my Pandora parcel. She didn’t even take it from the back, it was already in her hands, torn open, and the charm was gone. She rang the bell, snapped a photo, and drove off before I could get to the door.. Utterly unacceptable and disgraceful. I’m furious.”

“Absolutely the worst courier service I’ve ever dealt with.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The package was delayed multiple times with no explanation, no tracking updates, and zero communication from the company. I spent hours trying to reach customer service, only to be passed around or ignored completely. When the package finally arrived, it looked like it had been through a war zone—damaged, dirty, and late by over a week.
This service is unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent. Avoid at all costs.”
“Absolutely awful, the woman delivery driver was racist and verbally abusive to someone on the street as she delivered my parcel. Utterly outrageous! The poor man didn't do anything wrong!
Her name was porcher I think.

“If I could leave no stars I would! I was informed yesterday that my parcel was being delivered within a certain time frame. I was at home, but no-one knocked or rang the bell, I would have heard them, and my dogs are certainly very vocal when there is a knock at the door and they didn't react at all. So they took the parcel away and informed me they would attempt delivery today. The same thing happened! I was waiting for them, and yet again no-one knocked or rang the bell, I'm certainly not deaf! So they left my parcel with my next door neighbour who was on her path at the time. Not blaming the company, just the person delivering it. Atrocious!!”
“I Ordered purina dog food using next day delivery service on 3rd April. Not arrived by the 7th and the tracking says it’s sitting at depot. Tried to find out using Web chat and telephone but all they can say it will be investigated. The call handler just kept saying it’s been allocated a driver but couldn’t tell me why it says sitting at depot if it’s supposed to be allocated. Is the driver on holiday? No one knows or can say when I’ll get my parcel. This is the third consecutive time that this has happened - Absolutely useless.”
“If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience I’ve ever had using the door to door service. Arrange collection… no collection even though I waited in all day because it was an important parcel. Called them the following morning, didn’t have a clue and couldn’t give me any information or feedback. Called back later that day to cancel the service and request a refund… nothing! My seller then cancelled my order and I called Yodel again for the refund and they couldn’t offer me no answers or even a confirmation email to say the order was cancelled/refunded. Terrible and will never use again!”
