I have been waiting for a parcel to be collected today ,email said would collect between 12-2 and still not been !!! I work from home today which was why I booked today . Carnt get through to speak with anyone. Absolutely useless company will not be using again

The parcel was damaged by courier apparently so there was no attempt made to deliver. It was returned to sender after waiting in to receive it.

Absolutely the worst courier service I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars, I would. The package was delayed multiple times with no explanation, no tracking updates, and zero communication from the company. I spent hours trying to reach customer service, only to be passed around or ignored completely. When the package finally arrived, it looked like it had been through a war zone—damaged, dirty, and late by over a week. This service is unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful, the woman delivery driver was racist and verbally abusive to someone on the street as she delivered my parcel. Utterly outrageous! The poor man didn't do anything wrong! Her name was porcher I think. Disgusting company to keep such awful people employed!

If I could leave no stars I would! I was informed yesterday that my parcel was being delivered within a certain time frame. I was at home, but no-one knocked or rang the bell, I would have heard them, and my dogs are certainly very vocal when there is a knock at the door and they didn't react at all. So they took the parcel away and informed me they would attempt delivery today. The same thing happened! I was waiting for them, and yet again no-one knocked or rang the bell, I'm certainly not deaf! So they left my parcel with my next door neighbour who was on her path at the time. Not blaming the company, just the person delivering it. Atrocious!!

Keeps telling me driver attempted delivery and left a card. Been in all day. No cards and definitely no attempted deliveries.

I Ordered purina dog food using next day delivery service on 3rd April. Not arrived by the 7th and the tracking says it’s sitting at depot. Tried to find out using Web chat and telephone but all they can say it will be investigated. The call handler just kept saying it’s been allocated a driver but couldn’t tell me why it says sitting at depot if it’s supposed to be allocated. Is the driver on holiday? No one knows or can say when I’ll get my parcel. This is the third consecutive time that this has happened - Absolutely useless.

Messaged me to say my parcel would be delivered today 05/04/25 between 18.36 to 20.36 . Has not been delivered. And as yet no further updates.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience I’ve ever had using the door to door service. Arrange collection… no collection even though I waited in all day because it was an important parcel. Called them the following morning, didn’t have a clue and couldn’t give me any information or feedback. Called back later that day to cancel the service and request a refund… nothing! My seller then cancelled my order and I called Yodel again for the refund and they couldn’t offer me no answers or even a confirmation email to say the order was cancelled/refunded. Terrible and will never use again!

Keep saying that it is out for delivery with expected delivery time but it doesn't arrive.Their webchat service say that there is nothing that they can do as it is marked as out for delivery and that it should be delivered but then it isn't...

This is the second time at different addresses delivery has gone wrong. Says left in porch. No ring doorbell activation no pressing of doorbell and no package at mine or neighbours. I would give 0/5 but can’t to leave a review. No photo as proof terrible.

Wrong item delivered with a different tracking number but yodel won’t do,anything about it, I think it is a driver scam and want my money back

There online chat system is horrific in that it doesn’t allow one to ask any question of whoever is designated to chat with you. They have had my parcel for 9 days and I cannot find out from them when it might be delivered. They are useles and their system is useless as well.

On Monday 24th March I requested a change of delivery date to Saturday 29th March. Through the Yodel app, I received a message on Friday 28th March that the parcel was at the delivery depot and will be added to the next available driver's route. I was genuinely thinking this would happen soon and I would receive a notification with the delivery times Saturday morning. As our neighbours are away (so they can't take delivery currently) and we had instances of packages disappearing, I was waiting at home. The weather was beautiful, I cancelled a meeting with friends to ensure I'm home when the package arrived. I waited THE WHOLE DAY and nothing. This morning I contacted Yodel, but their agents are useless and all they can say is "your package has been assigned to a driver and you will just have to wait for then to send you the delivery window" which is clearly untrue. First of all, I've checked back on the Yodel app and the message is still the following "your parcel is at the delivery depot and will be added to the next available driver's route". Secondly, I work with delivery companies and know that the delivery schedule for this week is normally done the previous week Friday or this week Monday, worst case scenario, on the last working day (Friday) for the weekend. It is very unlikely that a package which is not on the schedule is delivered on a given week. So it's either the Yodel agent lying and my package will not be delivered or they don't update the app properly on the Friday for the weekend. So either way, they keep the customer in the dark. I'm very disappointed and sad as part of the delivery is a birthday present for Monday.
