“Everytime i goto a parcel shop to drop a yodel parcel, i am required until all the other customers have been served because both shops told me that they do not get paid to recieve a yodel parcel so it is bottom of their priority. I did have it as an option for selling on vinted, but have gotten rid. Aweful company”

“Useless, worst delivery company by far - why anyone uses them I don't know. They've had 1 parcel for me in their delivery depot for 12 days without attempting to deliver it, had another for a week then returned it to the supplier and now have another for nearly a week again without attempting to deliver it. Their webchat is useless and can't give me any estimate on when I might receive them.”

“Booked parcel today from ilford to Glasgow but appox 4 store in ilford refuse to accept parcel reason they accept one two kg parcel.But I paid for 5 kg now I’m in trouble from where I send my parcel which I paid 8.61 gbp today dated 11/06/24 first time bad experience”

“Fake "failed to deliver" attempts. Live support claims they don't have GPS information for their drivers, so they can't check. Say this behaviour from drivers is unacceptable, but it is clear they never attempted to solve the issue. Avoid at all costs.”

“Parcel didnt turn up, said en route but necer showed. Email to confirm its lost and now some of those items are no longer in stock with the retailer. I can only think you have deivers who steal the parcels or discard them When its coming to the end of the day as i cannot see how you can lose a parcel that is on the way”

“My parcels were left in the foyer of my block of flats which is not a SAFE PLACE. Despite asking all my neighbours and searching everywhere I have been unable to find them and have never received them. The tracking numbers are JJD0002232071806229 and JJD0002232008403031.”

“I got my delivery at 4pm, post code M8 9BP with a wonderful delivery driver that he delivered to me many times and he’s always ponctuel and honest, I just forgot to ask for his name that’s why I wrote my post code.”

“Delivery attempted 30/05/24. Not in. Requested redelivery to my local Yodel store. Received email confirmation of this on 31/05/24 On 05/06/24 still not redelivered to local Yodel store, so chased it up with live chat day, who said it would be there by 9pm that evening. Instead of notifying me it had arrived, Yodel sent me an email in the evening, stating that they were unable to deliver my parcel, and were returning it to the sender (Molton Brown)! Shocking service. I have strongly recommended Molton Brown to stop using Yodel, and stick to DPD. BTW, Yodel are the only courier I am aware of, that don’t allow you to specify a “safe place” delivery option. This is another major deficiency with Yodel.”
