“3rd time yodel has lost my delivery and regardless of what the tracking say - "We have it", when speaking to them on the live chat they say they haven't received it yet and to return to the sender. Sender confirms they had it 5 days ago which is backed up by their tracking information yet they still deny having it. A call from the sender to a person has confirmed that the parcel has been misplaced yet again. 6 days past delivery date.. I will NEVER use yodel or a business that chooses to dispatch their products with these clowns. No help what so ever and generic robotic responses from agents adds nothing but frustration to the situation. DO NOT USE YODEL!!!!

“I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered since 21 may. Yodel state it's been delivered to my front porch of which I do not have. I've tried contacting them with no luck and I've tried to get the money back from company I bought product from... No luck.”
“The worst company I have ever had to deal with, delivering parcels to 3 streets away, saying they attempted delivery but no one was in when I was waiting at the window and the last time changing my delivery date without informing me, then when i ask why they done it, they said that i changed the date. Absolute mugs.”
“Waited in all day for a tracked delivery. Only when I chased did they say there was a problem with finding the address with satnav. Said there wasn’t enough information given. Very poor communication and unsatisfactory resolution to the issue. I still don’t have my parcel”
“My parcels usually come up overnight to Perth from London. Then Yodel usually deliver the next day. If I order something from London on a Wednesday, the parcel arrives Thursday morning. For 1 year with Yodel they delivered on the Friday. Now it’s 4 days sitting in Perth and no info when it’s getting delivered? Ridiculous service from a courier.”
“Terrible service. They couldn’t pick my parcel up from the store on one day, so just left it sitting there for 3 days until I noticed and complained. The reason given for just leaving it there was because it would save their drivers time.
Use this company if you want your parcels to languish unattended”
“Ordered inhalers from UK Meds, Yodel was the shipper. Yodel claimed to have tried to deliver my parcel 5 times but they hadn't tried once, there was at least one person present at the delivery address at all times. They then claimed to have lost my package and washed their hands of all responsibility by telling me to contact UK Meds. This went on for 2 months, by which time the inhalers that I was using had ran out and I almost died. I ended up buying an emergency one from a different website and had to pay double the price. The original ones got switched to Royal Mail, they turned up the next day on the first delivery attempt. If you have the choice, never use Yodel.”
“Customer service is TERRIBLE. No one to answer phones, just an automated voice shifting through options, but if none apply to you, it won't let you speak to a real person. I instead changed my delivery preferences for it to be delivered at a depot, which takes an extra 2 days, and isn't reversable. Not happy at all.”
“Waited in for delivery that I'd been emailed about. Tracked it, saw them in the next road. Next thing I know they'd sent a message saying 'noone was available at the property'. Was in all day. Absolute useless liars. Idiot driver even took a photo outside the open gate of the building. Didn't bother ringing the doorbell. So fed up of these timewasters. Last weekend they made it into the building, but dumped the parcels in the lobby, where some were opened and stolen.”
“Get worse daily. Lost packages. Fobbing me off with lie after lie. Passing the buck to me and effectively calling me a liar saying they've tried to deliver when they've been nowhere near my address (CCTV proof) This company simply isn't fit for purpose.”
“Someone DEFINITELY PRESSED THE ENTRY FLAT BUTTON TODAY AND I VERY VERY QUICKLY ANSWERED AND PRESSED MY ENTRY BUTTON SPEAKING LOUDLY THROUGH THE PHONE AND TOLD THE PERSON THAT THE DOOR IS OPEN AND HE/SHE QUICKLY DISAPPEARED!!”
“Been at home all afternoon, this morning said it’s expected to arrive at 1am, check this evening how it’s getting on to see it has been returned to sender and they’ve tried to deliver it at 14:35 when we both were at home in the room next to the front door so be able to hear the bell/knock. Nobody has come to deliver it, we’ve seen nobody. Absolute joke of a company now going back to sender and wanted it for the weekend. Customer service a joke too, do NOT use.”
