“Worst company to get your parcels delivered.
I had 3 consecutive experiences and all same.
First driver only tell you he or she is coming as he is about to deliver in next 10 to 20 minutes so you have less time to prepare for driver.
Then typically they don't do your doorbell or knock on door as all they have to do take a picture of your main door from distance and they are covered.
No one will doubt it.”
“Absolutely useless delivery company. They charge money for delivery but don't care about your parcels. You are waiting for the parcel at your apartment and they drop it in lobby . Finally parcel gets stollen or missing.”
“Absolutely worse than useless. Lied about delivering parcel, tracking app showed them one stop away for 5 hours. At one point they were sat in a field for an hour and a half”
“Worst service ever. Call centre rude. Impossible to solve small problem. I have purchased the label through eBay I have checked the size ant took it to the store the yodel driver refused to collect it as it was too big but that was within measurements from eBay”
“One star is too many. Awful service. Live chat is a waste of time. All they do is lie and tell you what you want to hear. I try not to order anything that comes via yodel due to Many issues I have had with them. How you can be next delivery and then not receive anything is beyond me. Absolutely appalling customer 'service'. Will never use to send and will do all I can to avoid having to receive a delivery from them,well to try and receive a delivery as it seems like they don't really like to actually deliver parcels.”
“Do not use Yodel, the most horrible unreadable company. Bought item on Ebay, was not aware that it will be send through Yodel. Been given slot 16.02- 18.02. Obviously no one came got in contact to online chat, been advised to track through the app, I said yes and app says that it's already past delivery slot, then I been told that deliveries are done until 21.00 so I have to wait another 3h. Guess what is already past 21.00 and nobody came, day wasted and customer care is not 0 it's minus a lot. They don't care full stop.”

Appalling ‘customer service’ I tried live-chat, phone, email, talking to the driver, returning to the shop EVERY THING THEY SUGGESTED I DID! it’s taken TWO MONTHS of trying to contact them in order to either locate my parcel or claim compensation back on my parcel which they lost/stole & they have now refused to pay me back!!!!!”
“They have lost 4 parcels in the last few weeks, make hardly any effort to find them, really poor experience and as much as I hate evri, will be using them instead now”
“1. Blatant lies when driver was over loaded on final delivery slot.
2. No updates or ETA all day. 1 delivery came unnanounced, the other had me waiting til 5pm for a slot of 7-9pm which was cancelled at 8.45 for van breakdown. Reschedule delivery currently 2pm with no indication any thing happening.
3. No customer service to speak to only a chat agent that has the same information you do.”

/ simply food and wine in hounslow West/ wouldn't take my parcel , said it was too big and the driver would not take it. It was under the requirement measurement .. disappointed j”
“yodel had my package for a few days and i had no updates about when it would be delivered so i went on their chat for help, they told me they have not received any parcels yet when i clearly have an email from the sender and yodel saying they have it and then their website says they have it.
And then 2 weeks later yodel let us down again by "attempting" to deliver a package yet both of my ring cameras clearly state otherwise, honestly the most useless and unhelpful company you can use its a shame i dont get to pick what company my deliveries come with”

“Yodel in my experience of buying items from various retailers both on ebay and other sources are the worst delivery firm they do not seem to have any consistent pickup of consignments even when a hub is close by they are never on time. I will never buy anything on line If the delivery firm is yodel.”

“Worst courier company you can use, incompetent lazy drivers, one threw parcel over my fence in to a puddle and got soaking wet. Driver never even attempted to ring my doorbell. Then recently an item I ordered was delivered to someone else. When I questioned this I would as told that it was signed for by me! When I checked the tracking you can clearly see a photo of a woman receiving the parcel and I'm obviously a male. So either the person who recievd the parcel used my (males) name or the courier just wrote my name down. Yodel are a proper cowboy outfit, not to be trusted and they're customer service is non existent.”
