“If I could give zero I would. The driver claims he couldn't find the property. Their tracking service clearly shows the correct vicinity of the property. If he had stopped his van & got out of it, he would clearly see the signs to my property. I waited in all morning for this package as it has to be delivered in person. I contacted the chat line 10 mins after 'failed delivery' & after loads of platitudes they said it will be delivered next day. All other courier companies can find my property. I will not order now from anyone that uses Yodel. No customer service, nothing beyond provided, simply we can not deliver it so you have to wait in another day.”

My experience is one of utter failure.. Lies, LIES and More LIES.
Divers claiming attempted deliveries and I was in both days all day 2nd and 5th August.
Then after much correspondence with the HELP desk. A failed Promise to deliver on the 8th.
Next a failed Guarantee of delivery on the 9th...
Today thet have requested the local depot (Wrexham) a delivery for today the 12th August. But the tracking shows nothing moving.
It must be embarrassing to let people know you work for Yodel and the Wrexham Depot.

“Ordered an item from SharkNinja and subsequently given a tracking reference. This eventually showed the item as arrived at my local depot and out for delivery. Lo and behold it then shows as being sent back to Merchant and to contact them! Yodel stated Ninja had placed a ‘stop’ notice on the item. Ninja vehemently denies ever issuing such a notice. The item was resent via another courier and arrived within 3 days.
So we now have Yodel protesting innocence and I quote their latest:
“The information I have provided you with is merely tracking information. Before the parcel entered our network, the return-to-send scan was applied. We no longer have the parcel in our network”.
Now, the tracking clearly showed it having arrived at my local Depot and as ready for delivery, 4 days later they marked it as returned! I for one will never use this Company again!”

Staff on chat line can only see what the app says they cannot contact depot so why use are they
And we now move to the 8/8 and having paid 6.99 for the service this is appalling I have been lied to o at best”

“Yodel keeps dumping my orders at random places around the estate although I'm waiting for them at home every time. I live right at the road on the ground floor. It takes no effort to deliver to me. Still Yodel delivers anywhere I don't live. Today they dumped my Hello Fresh parcel outside at number 1 and I only know because I had to ask Hello Fresh to send me the delivery photo. I live at 14. Number 1 isn't even on the road, it's on the inside of the estate, I'm on the outside. On the tracking they wrote "Greenhouse". There is no greenhouse on the estate. Of course the parcel was nowhere to be found by the time I realised Yodel had delivered somewhere over the rainbow again. I don't know how Hello Fresh and Gousto are not out of business yet, given the amount of lost parcels Yodel is causing them. I had to cancel my Gousto subscription because Yodel messed up 4 out of 5 deliveries. They are 10 times worse than Hermes. Yodel is playing russian roulette with my weekly family meals. The amount of times we had to miss out on our weekly meals because of Yodel is crazy.”
