Terrible! Waiting for an update on tracking for 24 hours. Parcels seem to go missing at the depot. Spoke to web chat and they are appallingly useless. They just quote what the last tracking info said. Awful scamming company avoid!!

Delivered to the wrong address is only one 277 in Leysdown but where they delivered it I don’t know

Item was noted as delivered and left at the porch. Which it wasn't as I have a camera covering the cul de sac I live on, clearly no driver at any point not even a neighbour. Was just told by live chat to get in touch with the company that delivered the parcel..... absolutely dreadful service!!!

Yodel have a consistent habit of parcels going 'missing' at their local depots, and internal investigations into them being 'inconclusive' when pushed for further updates. Considering that they usually ask for the contents of what's in the parcel before they commit to any internal investigations, that usually translates (unofficially) into "what are we going to let the lads steal today?". If any of you are viewing this and have also experienced the same thing, I'd recommend trying to scout out for your local 'Lost Parcel Lucky Dip' events. Chances are that your stuff is being sold off for a few quid. If not, it's going to end up as a Yodel delivery driver's suprise xmas present to their family. You've got no other option but to complain to your seller about the situation and hope they use a different courier next time. This has been an issue for many years, and I've lost a multititude of packages through them. I actively avoid any businesses who states that they use Yodel, and the only reason I still suffer through all of this is that many ebay sellers don't seem to know any better! If you're a seller considering a courier: seriously avoid Yodel. All the couriers are varying degrees of 'not good', but Yodel is the creature lurking at the very bottom of the whole lot of them.

They claim 3 attempts of delivery were made even after confirming driver was not at my address. All details were correct as later confirmed by them, but tracking kept saying they needed more info from me. Nobody ever rang and now parcel is stuck at depot by no fault of my own. Absolute joke.

Missing parcel sent to us three weeks ago, still not arrived. Contacted Yodel daily since with promises and no results. Hours of trying to sort it. Getting very frustrated because the item is important to us. 😔 Employ people who know what they are doing!

Absolutely dreadful service. Still waiting for delivery which was due 3 days ago. Customer service/ webchat waste of time. Keep being told there's an issue with my address which is a joke as have had many deliveries from yodel in the past. Now I have to contact seller to see if they can sort it out but in the meantime I haven't got the goods I have ordered and am out of pocket . God knows when this will be sorted. I'm so cross I could scream.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and the company could clearly see but didn't say anything during live chat. Instead, I was diverted to speak to the seller who later gave me the geocode where the courier person left my parcel. This company has no sense of responsibility and has no ability to own up to their mistakes.

If i could give no stars i would! My delivery was due this morning about being delayed a number of times , they then proceed too tell me i missed my delivery when im up in and stood by window , they lie threw there teeth, are they even legit???

I haven't received two parcels this week. I've been in touch with Yodel live chat and that was a waste of time. There wasn't a message through the letter box saying where the parcel has been delivered or any photo evidence to say that it was delivered.

Useless company Lost my parcel contacted live chat 6 times, they are a waste of time palm you off with a load of rehearsed excuses. Said I’ve got to wait 14 days to allow them to investigate been 26 days so far, still fobbing me off I think their game is to hope you will give up in the end. I use most courier companies going for my business but these rates amongst the very worse, I would not recommend.

3 failed delivery attempts despite giving post code,Tel number and 3 words location finder. Not a remote rural location. Helpline suggested collecting from depot despite having no transport and parcel being large.Cancelled order with supplier.Total joke !

Live chat a waste of time. After 3 chats trying to resolve. They insisted my parcel was delivered to me. The photo showed a location with chairs carpet and shoes that do not exist at this address.

Disgusting delivery company. I had delivery timeslots at home all day and said they can’t gain access just a load of lies. This company needs investigation as they deliver peoples passes to the wrong address. Disgusting company

I asked for my delivery to be put in a safe space and stipulated where that was! The delivery guy decided my front door open porch was a better idea......not!!!!!

Had an email asking for more information about delivery address and you can’t reply back to them! Only way is on the online chat which is beyond ridiculous as the person is no help whatsoever and tells you that’s not the correct address even tho you’ve screen shot the address on the order. The parcel was then returned back to the company I purchased from without even trying again . Complete waste of time would never ever use anywhere that uses this rubbish delivery service !!

Waiting for five days for parcel to come about 150 miles. I could crawl faster than that. Sat in depot waiting for next available vehicle. I think Noah’s Ark is on the way. A snail is quicker.
