Yodel, yet again, failed to deliver my parcel. They put it through a letterbox (apparently) , it was not mine however. I had been in at the time so I know they did not go near my flat entrance as I would have seen them
The person on their live chat was extremely unhelpful, they clearly couldn't care less my parcel had been delivered to the wrong place and that I needed to contact the sender for them to resolve
They ended the chat before I had finished typing the answer to their question which was
Are you contented?
Really?? so you fail to deliver my parcel to the correct address, won't do anything about it and I have to do the donkey work of trying to resolve with the seller - and you are asking me if I am contented - Do you seriously think I would be
I have advised the seller, the Open University, never to use Yodel again and I hope that others follow suit
This company is an absolute joke with zero customer service skills”

“Tracking says parcel delivered to neighbour. I was in at the time of delivery and so was my neighbour - not delivered to either of us. Have contacted Yodel numerous times on Live Chat - surprise, surprise - no-one ever connects to chat. It's now Saturday and ha! Not surprising, their call centre is not open weekends. “Very bad delivery company, I did not receive any call / ring from the intercom that my parcel has been delivered. Driver left parcel at the common area, and when I went to collect my parcel after reading the proof of delivery email, it is no longer there. Customer service said that there is a proof of delivery picture so they cannot do anything about it and was asked to contact the seller.”

“I unfortunately have to deal with yodel as the majority of ebay sellers use their service. I had no choice in choosing my delivery method, to which I had to pray to God that my items I have ordered arrive on time. The tracking page said that my items have been picked up, but there has been no updates for 4 days straight. I can only blame the sellers for using such an abysmal delivery company when they could have just used royal mail or evri's economy service, they would at least arrrive on time and both are trustworthy. Their website says they are experiencing some delays but for what? Absolutely attrocious service, I will only hunt items from sellers who do not use yodel, even if it means paying a little extra. Please avoid yodel at all costs.”

“I subscribed to Gousto and my first order went to the wrong address, second one arrived correctly and the third one has been delivered to a wrong address again. Got the email and photo seven hours after it was delivered to the wrong house so it was long gone. Thanks Yodel.”
