“Yodel not only left my Vinted parcel in plain site by my bins for anyone to take, It was on its side and obviously damaged.
I was in my house and they obviously couldn't be bothered knocking my door.
When I opened the carefully wrapped (with bubblewrap and fragile stickers) turntable, I discovered it was broken.
Vinted asked me to provide photos for a refund.
This was not the seller's fault but acackhanded delivery company. Obviously something heavy on the box.
Vinted refused to refund and despite my complaints and evidence, refused to hold Yodel accountable.
Shame on Vinted and you Yodel.”
“Yet again, Yodel failed delivery. I'm not bothered about what's in the parcel, I'm bothered about the 2 days lost and a Dr appointment cancelled sat waiting for them to lie about attempting delivery.”

Paid £9.99 for next day delivery which wasn’t delivered . He was 90 yards from my address , an easy address in the middle of a village full address given no one in the entire history of us living there has had a problem he stated couldn’t find address comical as a 5 year old could find the house . So next day states will try again between 2 and 4 pm we wait and wait look at tracking which showed him being in the same place all day!!!!! No delivery again 😫I know yodel come up as the most useless delivery company, why does anyone use them . So much for my delivery . Have cancelled and gone to buy else where. BIG FAT ZERO STARS FROM ME.”
“Yodel tried 2 days in a row to deliver the parcel yesterday I was in all day. Today I was in all day I had builders in from 08:00 to 14:30 and you still said you tried to deliver the parcel this was impossible. Not happy Keith”
“Once again another parcel gone missing. I would never recommend nor willingly use Yodel. My sender used yodel and iv noticed they hold the parcel for around 7 days before claiming it’s been delivered and not actually delivering. Customer service is horrendous all they can say is wait 24 hours then call us back iv been told that the last 2 times of contacting them, how many 24 hours do I need to wait before they will actually try and find it. Shocking company and the 1.1 star reviews shows it needs closing down.”

I had received my parcels few times with this company and never ,ever was delivered to the right address,
The drivers must take a test before they can start working, because is looks like they doesn't know how to read ,seriously 🙄 if anyone think to used this yodel company, Avoid, don't waste your money.”

“What an absolute joke of a company, I don't understand how they're still operating successfully.
My parcel has been "lost" at the Alfreton depot after been sat there for over a days.
Customer service was pointless, they just gave the same copy and paste script apologising for the experience I am having and tell me to get in touch with the retailer - basically trying to not take any responsibility.
Unfortunately I will now not see this parcel as they have either been stolen by a driver or warehouse operator or they have somehow managed to lose a parcel, are a parcel delivery company!
Bottom line, avoid this company like the plague and use an actual reputable company - funnily enough i think even Evri aren't this bad!”
“Never got email to say it was out for delivery. Never actually received a delivery, all I got was a "delivered " email. When I complained I was shown a picture of a parcel against a wall. That is not proof of delivery, it's just a picture of a parcel against a brick wall that could be anywhere in the country. I was asked to check my porch and garden for it, it was a business premises on an industrial estate, nobody has a porch or garden! In short if you want to receive your parcel make sure its not being delivered by Yodel as they are totally inept.”
