“They are full of lazy delivery drivers that stop working 2 hours before the end of your time slot then lie about not knowing where you live even though they delivered other stuff to you house on the day they said they don't know where you live!”
“Delivery from Virgin did nt appear as scheduled but I still got an email telling me that Yodel had tried to deliver which I know they had nt as I was watching for them. A previous ceramic delivery a few weeks earlier arrived in at least thirty pieces and had obviously been thrown or dropped heavily.”
“I sold an item on Ebay & paid for the postage purchasing the label from Ebay.
The buyer is still waiting for delivery after two weeks. The tracking shows it's in the final delivery depot. The customer service is non existent. DON'T USE YODEL.
Also, on a previous use of yodel I took my parcel to a collection shop. This stayed in the shop for over a week before I took it out and went to the main depot.”
“Driver went past my house without even stopping. I was on my front doorstep and then via online chat received a photo of where it was delivered. Certainly not my house. I don’t recognise where it could possibly be. Oddly afterwards I saw this, (note they state they need more information but after only 2 minutes it’s been delivered, perhaps it was, but not to me!).

“I would give zero starts given the option. Yodel are incompetent idiots - I’m yet to have something delivered successfully by them. Then when they can’t find the parcel you have to wait 5 days for them to “investigate” before the retailer will even consider a refund, so yes, retailers are idiots too. I don’t believe they would be able to deliver ice to the eskimos. So left wondering where TF the parcel is that was supposedly delivered to the store collection point on 9/10, it’s shoes so hardly a small box package. I hate yodel with a passion, anymore I’ll find out what couriers are used before ordering anything online.”
“Sold an item on vintage, the buyer never received it, the item was attempted 3 times to deliver back to me but because I was at work the item was sent back to the local service centre which is 17miles away that's going to cost me more then what the item was. Asked for it to be left with neighbour or in shed that never happened never use them again”

“I am partially disabled. I live on the first floor of a communal block of apartments. My intercom buzzer rang yesterday to be told my parcel would be left in the communal area downstairs and could not be brought up to me because the couriers dog had been sick I advised that should be left in the communal area. It could be picked up, by anyone coming through to access Their apartments her response was in that case it can’t I can’t deliver my dog has been sick in the car. This is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered and I will ensure going forward that any items I purchase online do not deliver using yodel absolutely awful. when I attempted to contact yodel by phone, I only received an automated response never ever again”

“Awful service. Ordered next day delivery and yodel was the delivery company used. Received a delivery window, then a further email to say delayed and then another email to say delivery was attempted which is definitely wasn’t as I was home and nothing on the ring doorbell. I contacted yodel who said delivery would be attempted the following day but I’m not on day 4 and the excuses keep coming. Absolutely shocking service, a total waste of money for next day delivery. I would give 0 starts if possible.”
