Yodel is so terrible that when i see someone using yodel and royal mail i just pay extra for it not to come with yodel. They have broken so many of my parcels, stolen so many, and even mark stuff as delivered then deliver it two days later opened. Shame you yodel, i wish you shut down.

Ordered something over a week ago. Saying they have had it for 4 days but no way to get through to them. I needed it to go on holiday tomorrow but that’s not gonna happen. Shocking customer service. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge poll.

That's the worst delivery service in UK ever forever. I was expecting my parcels, checking their online delivery track service, I was home. Theirs driver came along no knocking, no pressing the doorbell, no phone call, just made a photo of my doorstep and left with my parcels. Shame On You!!! NOT RELIABLE AT ALL !!!

Parcel left in wheelie bin at entrance to my drive. Nowhere near my house. At my house I have a parcel box,a letterbox and on this occasion my garage was open. Complete laziness and bad practice.. Worst yodel delivery I've ever had.

Just the worst delivery ever. I'm at home with a ring doorbell waiting for my delivery. I get a notification that my delivery has been made to my neighbour. I call the number. Guy says he's been ringing. I tell him that I have a ring doorbell and have evidence that it has not been touched. He tells me to go to my neighbour and drops the phone and blocks my number. I go to my neighbour. No parcel. I try contacting Yodel. They repeat the information that my parcel was delivered to my neighbour. I cannot speak to anyone. Why would anyone use this company?

Terrible , simply terrible said they delivered to neighbour number 22 , photo was of number 11 no package just generic photo of house number , package still not received avoid this company like the plaque 🤬🤬

If I could I would rate no stars. Like most of the other reviews, my parcel said delivered to safe place. Which of course it was not. I was even in the house at the time they said and no one knocked. It’s very hard to get hold of anyone to complain at Yodel, they make it hard to do so, just get in touch with sender. I knocked and looked at all my near neighbours with no luck nobody knew from the photo where it was😡 the courier needs to be told, what a useless job they have done and not even a note for me to say where the item was. Please note I am an elderly person and this has caused me much anger and stress.

Couldn't find their a*se with both hands. Delivery due on 14/03/26, did not arrive. Requested divert to in post locker, confirmed and then told it was too big for the locker. Chased on 20/03/26 and arranged redelivery. Chased on 22/03/26 to be told redelivery had not been arranged. Shambles of a company, and the send, Bargain Fox, are just as useless. Do not buy from any retailer that uses Yodel.

Delivered very quickly and on time. The guy was very helpful, friendly and smiling, as I'm am an elderly lady. Very impressed with him.

Yodel - no parcel, no responsibility, no resolution Yodel are the worst. A parcel sent to me was delivered to the wrong address. I raised an enquiry about this, and using the app, I supplied a photograph showing the delivery went to someone else. Yodel replied saying they'd look into it. Few days later they wrote 'The depot has confirmed that the item was successfully delivered to you on ****, and the matter is now considered resolved'. Yodel's own photo, however, shows the parcel was wrongly delivered, so the company are blatantly lying to me. When I tried to query this using the webchat function, the assistant kept insisting I contact the sender. As the problem arises from the delivery, not be sending, Yodel are making no effort to solve a problem they created.

A few weeks ago, I ordered a piece of jewellery, and just two days ago, I received an email saying that my delivery would be handled by Yodel. The email stated they’ve sent and posted it to my home address, but they didn’t. Instead, they posted it to an entirely different address that was not even remotely my own.

Awful experience. Got a text at work saying my parcel had been delivered. Got home from work, checked my wheelie bins, behind them and with all my neighbours, no parcel. You can only see the delivery picture if you download the app. So did this and there is a really poor quality photo of my parcel in the driver's hand next to my open porch door, I had left the porch door unlocked for ups to deliver a parcel as well, that was there, absolutely no sign of my Yodel parcel though. Contacted Yodel who didn't care and practically accused me of lieing. Reported it to the police as someone has obviously taken the parcel. The police are certain the driver has taken the parcel, as you can't see into my porch from the street and wouldn't know the door was unlocked unless you'd been told so, as the UPS driver had. If UPS can get this right why can't Yodel?? The police are treating this as a burglary as the porch is classed as part of my property, so maybe Yodel might take this seriously, but I doubt it.

My Parcels status is for out for delivery from 18th of March. Today is already 21st and still status has not changed and wondering where is my parcel.

Yodel email said parcel delivered to inpost locker with collection code which contained letters and numbers, keypad on screen only allows numbers. Contacted help line to be told parcel was delivered to my address. It wasn’t. Sent me an email showing a parcel delivered earlier in the year.

I was expecting parcel im 1 week now nearly 3 weeks heard nothing from them not even tracking i won't be bying from anywhere that uses yodel for delivery I don't know i.havent received parcel

I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with Yodel, and unfortunately this latest one confirms a pattern of poor service and misleading updates. My parcel was marked as if I had changed the delivery time, which is completely false. This kind of inaccurate tracking shifts the blame onto the customer and prevents any proper accountability. The same thing happened with a previous parcel, where it was claimed that I had changed the delivery address — again, not true. What’s even more frustrating is that customer service keeps repeating the same scripted response, saying the parcel is “with the driver” and will be delivered “today,” yet it was not delivered yesterday despite being told the exact same thing. This is not just a delay — it’s repeated failure combined with incorrect and misleading information. As a customer, I expect honesty and accurate tracking, not excuses that place fault on me. Very disappointing service, and I would not trust Yodel with important deliveries.
