A parcel I sent was trodden on, ripped and a cup of coffee spilt all over it! My buyer was told it must be the sellers fault! Well I certainly didn’t send it in that condition !! I have photographic proof on the damage done in transit by yodel. When will Yodel take some responsibility for their poor service instead of passing the buck and the cost on to sellers??

Appalling service. Driver did not turn up for 4 days to pick up a parcel. After being fobbed off by customer service I made an official complaint which has resulted in still being fobbed off bu various members. Being told driver will come to collect the parcel but they don't know when. Disgusting service from yodel not to mention the time and cost lost while sorting this out. Will never use again

If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. My experience with Yodel has been nothing short of appalling. I booked a parcel collection over a week ago and was given a specific date. No one ever came. I contacted customer service multiple times , speaking to three different people and was repeatedly assured that a driver would arrive and that I would receive updates. None of that happened. The tracking information was useless and never updated. I had to chase every single response myself; not once did Yodel contact me proactively. The lack of communication and transparency is beyond frustrating — it’s downright disrespectful. In the end, my buyer had to be refunded and repurchase the item, causing me to lose a sale and waste over a week of my time. To make matters worse, I now have a new tracking number for the repurchase, which I’ve had to escalate again myself — because apparently, taking responsibility is not something Yodel is capable of. I firmly believe a driver was never sent, despite being told otherwise. I’ve been misled, ignored, and sent in circles by a customer service team that seems more interested in deflecting than helping. If I’d had any choice in courier, I would never have chosen Yodel — and I will go out of my way to avoid them in the future. This has been the worst delivery experience of my life.

Sat in all evening for my delivery 10pm still no show...why give time slots if you have no intentions of keeping to them. The worst delivery company in the UK.

Terrible company, left the parcel on the road at a house nowhere near my own. Have to download an app and sign up via email to see proof of the delivery photo to then figure out where the parcel is somehow. And no contact email address and love chat ends at 5pm.

Driver waited 30 seconds and then threw the parcel over the gate. No patience. No other carriers are as bad as Yodel.

Driver dropped parcel over the gate, last time he left it on the bin which is at the bottom of the garden, Not acceptable will NOT use again!

Never seen a terrible company delivery like this, they sent me an email on tusday saying that my parcel will be delivered between 1 and 3 I’ve been at home waiting no one came, the next day I received an email saying sorry you weren’t there which is not true cuz I’ve been home still waiting, the third day the told me they will re try to deliver your parcel however no one even came or rang the bell, Shein told me they will send back the parcel to the sender cuz it was unsuccessful to be delivered. How in the world they can’t do their job properly, the driver didn’t even try to deliver the parcel! Ridiculous

Yodel make Ervi look like a superior delivery company. i am still waiting for my parcel to be collected. Asked them if is ok maybe to drop it at a drop off point. Theyve said yes. Took it to the shop, the barcode will not work. So i am still waiting for the parcel to be picked up. I keep getting promises on the chat that someone will come and pick it up. Maybe it 2025 or maybe 2026. Who knows!

Possibly the worst couriers in existence. I packaged an iMac up so securely I had no fears it would get damaged. Arrived at the buyers looking like it had been launched from a trebuchet.

Disgusting service. Photo shows parcel delivered behind a shed. I live in a flat and di not have a shed. Still have not located my parcel and customer service are not interested in dealing with this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The courier came speeding around the corner where children sometimes play. He scraped the passenger side door of my stepfathers car and it was done with so much force that it moved the car forward, we heard the noise in the back garden. There were witnesses that said he was reckless as he reversed he damaged the wing mirror. It could have been a lot worse as my car was parked behind and a few more feet it would have rammed the bungalow. There are tyre marks on the road where he hit the brakes. Very careless.
