The goods I ordered had my phone number as well as the delivery address on them. No one called me and checking my cameras no one attempted to deliver it however, I received an email saying that I had refused delivery as apparently I said I hadn’t ordered it. Then next I get an email saying it’s been delivered to some random address the other side of the country and it’s asking me if I’m happy with my delivery. Trying to contact Yodal is a nightmare just an automated system with no option to register my challenge. Absolute rubbish company

Rubbish. Disgusting. I give one star as I can't give no stars. I will never buy again from any seller that uses Yodel as it's chosen courier. Pathetic and criminal "service"!. Email said item had been delivered. My question is WHERE TO. Certainly not to me.

Never have I had a parcel delivered to my own house. Its ALWAYS dropped off somewhere random. This time it was dropped off 7 miles from my house. Luckily they were honest this time and brought it to me this evening. When I contacted Yodel they told me they had proof of delivery and if I couldn't locate it from neighbours, I should contact the sender. Absolutely no accountability, zero help or customer care. Would never recommend this company ever.

Terrible service! Taking ages before delivering and couriers don't know what they are doing. So far Evri the best one.

avoid like the plauge, take your parcel and that's the last you'll see of it, no response from customer service via email, phone or bot, total sham of a company.

What went wrong ? Stayed in all day on Thursday 11th December to receive plants from Gardening Express, obviously time sensitive. I was quoted a delivery time between 14:18 to 16:18. I watched the tracker. It showed the driver coming very close and then going miles away finishing up at around 10 pm in Heatherton village with 8 drops still to make. Having experienced lousy service before from Yodel I am confident in saying that, in my experience, they are absolute rubbish. Totally incompetent. Whoever is responsible for routing the drivers needs a lesson in map reading.

Parcel from tiktok now 6 days late, messaged yodel, they don't get back to you. Messaged toktok and basically got told that parcel won't get delivered by yodel

Sunday 7th Dec package out for delivery 6.10 could not locate address not the first time they have used this excuse.Got in touch with customer services absolutely useless Wednesday package back out for delivery 8pm that night 12 more stops to my delivery but no delivery arrived. Customer services next to useless no help whatsoever.

I ordered three items from eBay on the same day, one seller used Royal Mail, which arrived on time and through my letterbox, but the other two sellers used Yodel and the delivery drivers BOTH dropped of the other two parcels (on different days) at the wrong side of the building; because they couldn't be bothered to check which side of the building my flat is on nor bothered to read the door numbers on the building which clearly state my flat is on the other side of the building. So they left both parcels in the lobby of this building that technically is NOT my residence and now someone has stolen both parcels in 2 days. Yodel customer service has been ZERO help (each person I spoke to tried to accuse me of lying and I made it clear that I have 2 cameras outside my home therefore I would have been notified if motion was detected on both days and I would have video evidence of the deliveries, that's when they backed down), I've spent over 4 hours via webchat and phone call trying to get them to resolve it - with nothing. Therefore, I will now have to message every eBay seller beforehand and check if they are using Yodel before I make an order, if they do use Yodel, I wont even bother and I personally will NEVER use Yodel. If their delivery drivers can't be bothered to actually deliver a customers package to their home - by simply reading the door and building numbers then that's shame on them. Now I have to file a police report, request a eBay refund AND reorder the items asap before Christmas - so thanks Yodel for your incredibly poor delivery service and poor ability to rectify a situation YOU created.

I would not even give 1 star, I had no option to collect a tv from Argos and had to go with delivery , thinking all would be ok as the do their own deliveries, however!!! It was given to yodel, 07.00-21.00 hrs delivery I had been given a 2 hour window yesterday 15.30-17.30 (no show) Then come 9pm last night still not arrived I sat in for a whole day waiting I have been on live chat this morning and they still cannot guarantee a delivery for today , frustrated is an understatement

Still waiting for my delivery which should of been yesterday and no updates of any kind, I have been in touch with eBay to let them know, it's very poor service from Yodel, at least eBay responded, not happy at all

My parcel and someone else's whose address was 1/4 mile away was left in a back lane outside a garage door. And obviously wasn't my first floor flat. I personally delivered the other persons parcel or they would never had got it. Shambolic company say they use 'what3words' but they never asked me for a 'W3W' delivery square. Wish I had the option with what delivery company you are getting as wouldn't order anything knowing Yodel were delivering it.

Appalling service and even worse customer service. Tracking showed delivery was for the 25th November. I was at home waiting for the delivery but it didn't arrive. Tracking showed " sorry we couldn't deliver your parcel today"I assumed that maybe they were running late and would deliver the following day. No parcel the following day so i phoned Yodel on the 27th only to be told they couldn't have access to my property (think i have seen this poor excuse on another review) but would deliver today (27th) Waited in all day , no delivery. Phoned again on the 28th and was told i would hear back from them in 24 - 48 hrs . No response by the 2nd December so i phoned again only to be told to wait another 24 - 48 hrs for them to look into it. Needless to say 5th December came and still no response. Tracking at this point still showed they have the item. I then contacted the store where i purchased the item from by email and explained the issues i have experienced and within a few hours they sorted out a refund for me. If like myself you seem to be going around in circles just contact your seller and save yourself the hassle of trying to deal with this awful company !!

My item was marked as delivered by Amazon, however I did not receive any contact from Yodel and eventually found the package stuck behind a garden pot it was soaking wet and had been left there 2 days previous, that’s not delivered! Disgusted that the delivery person thought it was. Going to raise with Amazon.

I wrote a day or two ago wanting to give them minus stars. Changed the delivery address to a neighbour as it was the only option available. NOTHING!! It's a xmas gift for my grandson. NEVER known service like it!! TERRIBLE!!
