“Very disappointed that Yoga’s comparison site price changes when you click through (other insurer’s prices didn’t) and they were unable to justify with a proper explanation, it doesn’t endear you to the company or engender trust. Despite this, the cover offered appears broad & useful so I am hoping that (should the need arise) they will be more efficient and fair in how they deal with claims.”

“Difficult to use the customer portal to change automatic renewal facility. Would prefer it if it was not an automatic renewal and you can opt in for that service. Still don't know how to take it off!!”

“The price seemed competitive, although disappointed in the customer service that instead of checking my account details with me i received an email that I thought was very abrupt saying my insurance would be cancelled instead of contacting me and saying the details don’t match up. I had entered 1 digit wrong. Hope this id just automated and not a reflection on overall service and helpfulness”
“Completed everything then printed policy to have incorrect info on check again to see if I had done it correct , which I had. Went back it to try to change the policy and asked for £20. No number to call and can’t even get number from google . Not the best start live chat 9-5 when everyone is at work and can’t do. 😡”

“Have two cars insured with them now. First one no documents arrived. Tries to contact them via chat - no chat available. Couldnt log on either. All sorted in the end and good price so can't complain too much. I'm sure it's just teething issues.”
