“Good price, cover etc. Excess for breakdown came as a surprise, not mentioned that I saw until after going to pay. Not allowing me to progress unless driver license number entered annoyed me, I'd rather not have to trust your security with my personal info.
overall still 4 stars though not based on experience of service yet.

“I found this company on the comparison site, was easy to navigate snd the only downside are all the files you have to download, ok if you have a printer but it does give you an option to post out, I couldn’t find a contact number either for enquiries only for claims but apart from that I’m very happy”

Easy to navigate and easy to taylor my package to what is required. Only slight downside (albeit very small) is the amount of files to download - Way too much paperwork for my liking, but guess it may be a legal requirement. Otherwise, no complaints.”
