What I didn't like is that it didn't say it used an underwriter. If it said this from the start I wouldn't have used it.
Also I didn't like how once you had ticked exactly what you wanted it kept asking to add on extra cover.”

It has a portal with everything I need to access and the main site comes already with added bonuses, which you can upgrade if you want to. I liked being able to switch off Automatic Renewal, which doesn't mean I won't renew with them again, it just means I have choice and I will be sent a reminder 28 days before renewal. There is also a phone number I can use as I like to speak person to person. Not forgetting a very competitive price for my van insurance, so thank you very much. I have 47 years of trouble free driving and clean driving license.”
