“I went on a comparison site and found a cheaper quote for Yoga, which I was happy about. However, then got asked if I wanted to renew. I couldn't get in contact with anyone to tell them I had already renewed on 24th April 2024. Was disappointed I couldn't speak to somebody to clarify”
“the portal did not allow me to change me details when I wanted to renew and so I paid and then went back into the policy and updated only to be charged £53.00 then when it became too expensive they want to charge a huge £49.99 to cancel the policy with not cooling off period. AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS”

The live chat was horrendous, the robot didn't understand my issue, no telephone number (not ideal). Eventually got through to a live agent a person Abbie, she sorted out my problem. That's why I gave them 4/5 stars. Yoga you need a customer services team.”
