“Really happy with how easy it was to use the site. My only gripe was at one part, it wouldn't accept the licence no for someone I added. It had nothing to do with the licence no, it was their date of birth, but it didn't show that as a reason it wasn't working. I had to go back and start again (6 times) to realise it was my mistake. But it kept saying it was the licence no, nothing to do with the date of birth. So if it was able to tell me that, I'd have been able to sort it sooner. It was a bit of a head scratcher, but after I realised the error. Everything else was smooth sailing. Was the cheapest insurance I found, they offered everything I wanted, maybe a few hidden extras charges, which is always a bit cheeky. But I guess it's how it is these days. Thanks for the fairly easy set up.”
“I was very happy with the competitive quote I received. One thing I was unhappy with was being unable to remove the need for breakdown cover. I ended up with Basic but I already have great cover from RAC. Apart from that, all good.”
“Easy to use but would prefer the add ons to be earlier in the quote instead of just before paying so you get a better picture of your options instead of SURPRISE our quote only covers basic breakdown etc cover but your early options are.
Good price over 50% cheaper than our quote with existing insurers.”

Dropped a star because the online ordering is clunky and long winded with a lot of duplications, the navogation isnt logocal, needs looking at, took me 3 attempts before I could complete, almost gave up. Let's see how the service is, but hope I don't need it!!”
