“Got my Yoga insurance via topcash back comparison and Yoga came out as the best/cheapest option for our demands. Booking was easy and you can also download a app to your laptop/computer to have easy access. so can only comment on the booking procees but time will tell how easy to claim if i ever need to”
“Gave me great home insurance cover at a really good price.Easy to arrange payment and set up account to view documents.Cover doesn't actually start for another 9 days but off to a very good start!”
“The reason for this score was if it wasn’t for my son I would not of bothered with it there are to many add on you give a price then you add on this and that you need to press on it to carry on with the transaction it’s all a bit confusing”
“Quick and easy to navigate site, I'm reserving one star to see how this pans out for the year, see how it goes if I need additional help, I'm not too bothered about speaking to someone due to hearing issues (also weary of language issues) as long as the online support is effective. Good price through comparison site.”
“Very easy to deal with and very competetive in the price market, im more than happy to stay with yoga but a phone number for general enquireys would be helpful”
“It was all very straight forward and it was easy to gain my insurance.
The reason that I only gave 4 stars is because it seems like there is not a contact phone number for general enquiries.
Being old fashioned, dyslexic and not very good with computers, a phone number is always helpful.
I see a phone number for claims but not for general enquiries.”
“Hi I wanted to cancel 2 minutes after I had paid due to unforseen circumstances, but you wanted over £50 to cancel. I will not be dealing with you again.”
