“Appalling customer service had car insurance with them would strongly recommend give a wide berth it’s fine if you don’t need to contact them which is non existent. This was bad enough but then they unauthorised took money via PayPal which left me overdrawn and no money. 😡”

“You can't get in touch with anyone. Even their chat function is only part-time, and it's totally useless. I tried to cancel my policy as it looks like it's got an auto-renew functin which I don't want, and I don't even own the car now, and the request repeatedly failed. Go with a service that actually has people employed.”
