“I am unable to open any of my documents. I have been trying for weeks and keep getting the same message to try again later. I would really like to be able to open my documents so I can save them in a folder.
Please can this be looked into. I did mention it in the feedback e-mail once before but still have no response.
As there is no way of speaking to an actual person I would appreciate a response to my e-mail.
