“Set up the insurance but documents failed to show flat number, got MUGGED for another £25 to add to documents despite being on there when quote was done and the policy isn't in effect until the end of the week anyway. Cannot speak with anyone, so had no choice. Will not renew or use for insurance again once the policy expires.”
