“Great price compared with my renewal and so easy to do.policy was online within a minute whereas my existing cover was terrible experience to cancel renewal.”
“After an initial frustration of finding any way to contact the Yoga agents - we used whatsapp the Bot was frustrating to say the least which is not good for us old uns Then popped up Ami she helped us to understand the system - she answered quickly and with a good understanding of the brokers , item resolved thanks Denis”
“Bought motor insurance with breakdown cover yesterday. It is extremely difficult to navigate the website to find out how to use this service. In an emergency situation maybe at night with no internet coverage it would be impossible. I would not have bought the insurance had I realised.”
“Dennis has helped me twice now. Nothing is too much bother for him. He is polite, friendly and helpful. My query has been answered and dealt with quickly.”
“Easy use and good value. Everything explained and easy to understand. Best of all two thirds cheaper than my previous insurer. One problem with the roadside assistance. Although inexpensive it is not comprehensive enough. It would be better if proper Green Flag assistance was offered even if a little more expensive. All in all very happy and look forward to happy motoring”
“Very easy to use the website and got, what looks like an excellent product, after my previous supplier increased my premium by £300. Hope I don't have to use Yoga.”
