“My husband died recently, he had an automatic renewal car insurance with Yoga. As I needed to update policy, transfer car into my name, I had no way to contact Yoga Insure as he has not downloaded, printed any details. My I T skills are limited. I need a written policy and details of cover. A telephone number is essential. I always insured my own car until last year, made sure I could contact the company I selected. Find Yoga impossible to deal with.

“I paid for home insurance on 29th May but it wasn't due until 14th June but the next day my current provider offered me a great deal so I went straight on and cancelled the Yoga policy and was shocked to be charged £49.99 and refunded me just over £12 so will certainly not make this mistake again and this was first time I had come across Yoga and very disappointed with their costly fee”

So glad I did, it is all online but I managed to do it, as the site is so helpful and when I had a query I was able to contact assistance which resolved my issue.
