Cancellation brokers fee of £50 taken within seconds of cancelling. Apparently it’s a brokers fee - despite it being an automated online process. No complaints department. No way to talk to a human.

“Not able to discuss policy as no phone number, was directed to website, logged in but said I had no current insurance, I have been with Yoga for the last year so don’t understand and v frustrating not being able to contact”
“Ian always extremely disappointed when you can’t just talk to a human. Always having to do things on line. It’s driving me mad. No service whatsoever and if you do anything wrong you don’t realise. The world needs to go back to normal. I try my hardest to find proper companies that talk to their customers. Very sad world. It’s definitely not for the good”
“Everything went well until I signed up (online) and then realised it would cost £50 if I cancelled within the 2 week cooling off period. Even though it's all done electronically. I thought the whole point of the cooling off period is to give people a chance to change their mind and not have to worry about cost.”
“I took out car insurance at 9:00am 8 days before the policy was due to start I then changed my mind and cancelled the policy the same day to which I was charged £80 this is not acceptable I would not recommend this service in fact I would suggest avoiding it at all costs I actually got a cheaper quote by ringing another insurance provider”

“This company took money out of my account without any notification. I was only insured with them for less than a week last year, but yet they took money out of my account this year £352! It is impossible to talk to a person. I definitely would not recommend this company. I will be taking this matter to solicitors. The money is not refunded immediately.”
“Still waiting for a windscreen replacement on a Nissan Note after raising a claim over 3 weeks ago. Told that it will be another 2 weeks. Very difficult to raise a complaint as Yoga direct you to their claims company Onecall and then they direct you back to Yoga, and both refuse to provide an email address to make a formal complaint.”
“Having paid my insurance in full, well in advance of the commencement date I tried to cancel my policy due to my car being taken off the road. The cancellation is within the 14 day cooling off period of starting this contract and 18 days prior to the start of the actual policy contract. However, Yoga are saying I will be charged £49.99 for cancelling this policy! For what I ask? I am hoping they see reason and refund the entire amount I have paid them well in advance...Over to you Yoga! This is a shame to leave a negative review but there is no email address or phone number to contact you with and the live chat just keeps referring me to the policy log in page. I will be happy to revoke this review should you refund me the full amount paid to you for no insurance service yet provided.”
“I can't get in touch, can't get a password reset, chatbot that sends you round in circles and points you back to your login that you cant get a password reset for. Automatic renewal said that it will take funds if you don't get in touch but then can't get in touch .....would not touch this company!!!”
“Did not won’t to renew insurance as was more expensive so took out a policy with another company day before date , and received an automatic renewal morning of start , tried to cancel and have been charged £51 for 10 hours I didn’t want of insurance in the first place Not happy so someone needs to contact me by phone or email reference return of my money that’s been taken unlawfully”
