“Cheap insurance, but when it comes to renewal, I received just one "renewal invite" and then discovered that my policy had renewed automatically despite me not having given authority for it to do so. Documentation received is not clear about this: my initial payment is described as a 'one off payment' for 12 months insurance; the one renewal document does not make it clear that the policy could automatically renew and does not provide any detail of price in the main body of text. There is no phone number to contact a human and the 'robot' fails to understand anything that I type. All very under-handed and devious. My only solution is to pay an extortionate £49.99 fee to cancel a policy that I did not ask for or want, after just a day of it being put in place. Avoid Yoga and other companies based at the same address - use a well-known and reputable company instead - it might cost a little more in the short term, but at least they are clear and honest! Thankfully I never had to make a claim during my time insured with Yoga... I hate to think what a shables that would end up in!”
“I cancelled my renewal online. This evening I checked my emails and this company have sent my new documents. There is no way of speaking to a human. I have been on three hours this evening trying to cancel. The chat bot thing does not understand me. This has me so stressed when I’ve paid my new insurance company in full.”
“Avoid at all cost. Despite auto renew being cancelled prior to renewal date they still renewed the policy and want to charge over 50 pounds to cancel it. No phone number or email address to speak to a real person to sort it just a useless AI bot. Has been reported to Insurance Ombudsman”

“I cancelled car insurance policy.
No prior notice that renewal was nearing. I had already bought a cheaper policy with another company. Mo ey was taken out of my account without my knowledge last minute! Took me over an hour to cancell! Then to be charged £50 for cancelling!
I will be taking this complaint further as want my £50 refunded! You can't speak to anyone on the phone! It's frustrating 😒 I want my 50 back ASAP.”
“Just bought new car, tried to add new car to existing policy which had around 3 months to run, underwriter unable to quote for change so ended up cancelling existing policy, and getting a new one elsewhere. Yoga charged £50 to cancel, leaving a refund of £16!
I found the whole process challenging using the portal, not being tech savvy, and no-one to actually speak to.
The price for the insurance was competitive, but if you do have to make a change/claim it's not easy”

“I have had a terrible experience since i make a claim for my damaged car. No one to speak to. on few occasions that some one spoke to me, an engineer who assessed my car directed me to contact my insurer because my care was beyond economic repair. Who do i speak to, no body. The online service people keep telling me same thing they have told me before which did not yield any results. I have been paying insurance since i had the accident even though my car has been off road, my insurance gone up, claimed registered in my name yet i have not receive any support from yoga.”
