“Don’t use this company, very good when you take out a policy. Very bad when you want to cancel, no phone number, have to use a portal which you think you have cancelled, but then they take the money anyway. Stay clear.”

“I bought a van policy a month ago and could not regisiter it as my email was already linked to my existing car policy (I'd forgotten it was also Yoga). Messaged you and got in but car policy lost. Your website said assistant available Mon-Fri 9- 5pm but when logged in (only said I had 1 policy) yesterday at 2:25pm it said live chat Mon-Fri 9-2pm. Today your portal was down. I've been trying since 1:45pm, now nearly 3pm!! Just glad I don't have a claim or amendment to make!! Still not happy that I can't access both policies.”
“bought ins for new car - YD19PXX - online system would not complete as it needed to be registered. I am existing customer and it would not let me use my login. Now bank shows I have paid twice for the one insurance and the new policy does not show online. 1. I want one of the £243.70 paid be refunded to me. 2. “I tried to contact you with regards to GNCNA00061706. I contacted the team via Yogi prior to my policy ending because I have needed to SORN my car off the road due to a cancer diagnosis. I contacted the team again on the 28th of Jan via Yogi and kept being told they couldn’t cancel my policy due to a system issue. I tried again but I am now unable to log on or register again and was very disappointed to receive a letter stating I owe you £76.82. As I first notified you prior to the end of my policy I feel this payment is not warranted. Please credit this £76.82 so I no longer need to worry about it because I am sure you understand I have enough to worry about. Please contact me to confirm this amount has been credited. no people to talk to on the phone, no responses from emails wanted me to sign away my rights to using the ombudsman service, wanted me to sign a commercial financing agreement.
When I insisted that the work need to be done in the nearby town, i was told that if they did the work it would be £1,250 less my excess of £550 for work already reasonable valued at c£5,000.
