Couldn’t get onto customer portal as error with their cloudflare.
Tried to ring claims to change my account from auto renew and eventually got young man who said he only deals with Yoga exercise insurance not auto. He gave me a high premium rate number and after 2 minutes hearing blurb and options I got a message from giffgaff to say £4 just come off my additional credit. Then heard “About 10 min wait”.
Informed bank and as tried all possible would put hold on payment 28/12/24.
25/12/24 got. pending notification for £1 for Yoga. Bank website error 26/12/24. Then 28/12/24 pending for £204.81 and rang bank. The hold was on Yoga insure so they had changed their name to Yoga services got past the hold on payment -
that was a price I never agreed to at any point.
Bank fraud department have never come across this. They are trying to get it back for me as this is MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT that was withheld stopped weeks ago.

“Cheap for a reason.I cannot see that there is an option to speak to a person when there is a problem( unless you have an accident) Did not realise I had bought a rolling monthly policy on renewal for Jan 25. Unable to cancel immediately without being charged a months fee. Then ad an email to say my current policy would be cancelled 2 weeks before policy end as a problem with my direct debit when the final payment had been taken. No option to reply to that email.Just terrible ,frustrating chat bot of no use.Just don't....If I could give less than one star I would.”

“I am absolutely disgusted with such a poor service. Very clever Yoga is totally uncontactable! They have changed their system and you have to reregister…..but it is nigh on impossible to get reregistered, the useless system keeps going round & round, no contact etc. Cannot send emails to anyone, no assistance whatsoever and just keep renewing and taking your money. Unable to even send a request to cancel the policy in the 14 days cooling off period. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”
