“I have been trying to sign in to my portal for 2 days to add a driver to my policy and have had no luck or help after numerous requests through your chat service. Maybe someone can contact me through this as I want to cancel my policy. Absolutely atrocious service”

Instead I had to cancel my existing car details in exchange for a £50 cancellation fee oh and to add my new car details I had to pay £70

“Awful service. Cannot get hold of a human. Diffucult to make changes online & huge cosy when cancelling before policy starts. Cannot recommend at all. The reason the insurance looks reasonably priced is because there is minimal customer service & unable to make additions to policy. Customer service did try to help. They were great.”

Cannot login - am told that I should turn off pop up blockers, allow cookies and / or try a different browser - have done all this and tried Firefox, Chrome + Edge. Still not allowing me on
System won't even send details to em email if I try to request setting a new password.
