HORRIFIC company!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Multiple 'late fees' added, when I had money in my account! I am so glad to be free from this company now!

Asked to write a review after buying insurance from you. In fact I have just cancelled my renewal as you were too expensive. Of course once you could see I was leaving, every effort was made to try and drop the price and keep my business. This years quote was more than I paid last year. A clear case of trying it on! Not for me thank you.

Rubbish and I'll never purchase from you again, and neither will any of my friends and family, charged £33 for less than 1 day even tho cancelled prior to it being automatically set up by yourselves, might I add

Tried many times to cancel my existing insurance when it was up for renewal you sent me a quote but I got another quote that was much cheaper than yours. You automatically reinstated my insurance without my permission. I tried ringing no telephone numbers on any of my correspondence then spoke on line to your robot that directed me to online cancellation which I did and and was told you would charge me a cancellation fee of £85.00 in the end I cancelled my standing order with my bank. I have my own car insurance as from Dec 29th onwards. Very disappointed...

I’ve reported an accident and heard nothing customer service has been dreadful still waiting to hear about my claim !!!!

Really difficult website to use when trying to edit renewal details regard your vehicle. Tried the virtual assistant but could not get through to a member of staff during there opening times. Will try again before renewal and if no success will cancel. Sometimes cheapest is not the best.

Been trying for days to get in touch via portal. Not working says register and we will send an email. Still no email. Not very customer friendly. Will have to think hard about renewing with you this year

TOOK A LONG TIME TO ACTUALLY GET A PRICE. REJECTED MY LICENCE AND MY WIFES LICENCE DESPITE THE FACT THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE COPIES OF MY LICENCE. NO DISCOUNT FOR INSURING A SECOND CAR. WILL NOT BE RENEWING WITH EITHER CAR.

I'm not insuring my the car with you, no phone number to contact you, plus I sold the car in September but still paid my insurance on it,because I couldn't cancel it even though I tried.

To right there is no number to ring any one you tuck money out the wrong account I don't won't the brack down cover an it's orto renewal wtf I'm dyslexic an can use your portal I hate everything about the way you work

You have auto renewal my policy without my consent. I’m trying to contact you so I can stop the payment. I never auto renewed on anything as it is often abused by companies.

Had a bereavement and tried to phone about my van insurance, virtually impossible to get a number and not sure if I’m insured or not has my partner did all that. My partners name was wendy taylor

I can't log in to cancel my policy says a link will be sent nothing tried about 20 or so times and will now probably be charged which is not my fault How you can run a company with absolutely no human interaction baffles me

The policy auto renewed after I had taken out a new policy with a different company. Not able to talk to anyone so had to cancel online at a cost of £49.99. This company must make a fortune with auto renewals and cancellation charges - beware. Surely I should not have been charged this within the 14 day cooling off period! I’d really like my money back please.

to join is very easy, but I would still like to speak to someone on the phone, the auto generated pop up's don't help all the time, there should be a helpline number available and not just a breakdown/claims cover.
