“I took out insurance with you. I changed my mind 3 or 4 days later. I couldn’t talk to anyone about it so I cancelled online. You kept my deposit and then charged me an extra £12.42! Getting Emails responses from you whatever way l try is failing.
Going through your bot is to no avail.
You are taking monies off me that l have not asked for, wanted, know about or used.
I would like my £87.46 returned and see this as unwanted transaction. Used my card backhandly and causing me so much unnecessary trouble and anxiety for a disabled mental health, anxious individual.
I am wanting all my monies returned back to me asap. See this as a way of getting monies out of vulnerable person.
