“Can't log in to Customer site with my email and the password which I registered with last year. Multiple attempts to get password reminder failed, and was told "email not registered with us".

However after inputting my email address, the link to register never arrives (checked spam) Tried many times. This is certainly not a "breath of fresh air to the insurance industry". Dread to think what the claims process is like as it is all handles by a third party.”
