“Terrible organisation from the start. No one to talk to except for the online chat which isn’t even a real person. Frustrating beyond belief! I’ve just been charged another years’ insurance for a vehicle which I no longer have and of which I was paid a settlement figure 9 months ago! Over £1000 automatically taken from my account. It’ll be back to the frustrating drawing board to get a refund, going round in circles, trying to talk to a human! Chatbot apparently is not on duty Sundays either. Communication in-house is poor to say the very least. Terrible website. Impossible to navigate to get anything sorted. I regret the day I chose this insurer. It hasn’t been worth the pain. AVOID!”
“£50 to cancel during 14 day cooling off period is shameful. I forgot to cancel renewal as I no longer have a car and we were in the middle of moving house and all the stress that goes along with that, it just slipped my mind. My own fault I appreciate that, but to be charged £50 to cancel (don't forget the 58p for the few hours cover) is just taking advantage of those of us who forget. It was literally a few hours, I'm disgusted.

“After 3 weeks of taking out my policy / buying my second-hand car, I had all the documentation to put on my cherished plate.
The charge was £117.27. All my documents were sent within minutes so no manual labour
No changes to the car other than the registration number
So how do they justify this fee? I am absolutely disgusted with the charges and will never recommend Yoga Insurance to anyone!”
“My only change to my policy today was to change the registration as I’ve put my personal one on retention potentially for a new car and whilst I accept an admin fee which has been charged at around £19 my monthly charge has gone up by £9!! This is absolutely disgusting.”

“I could not get onto your customer portal could not get it to register me, think may be that the email had been previously registered for someone else with a different policy,tried numerous times to contact you left messages on chat line but is obviously a robot who just keeps saying go to the portal which I couldn’t get onto saying not to renew and I have now done it with another company as you could not be contacted

“This is the worse insurance company I have ever dealt with In 25 years!! After having a knock for knock accident on a single track road a short distance from home on the 1st of October the car is still say on the drive way and waisted hours (days on the phone) it seems like there doing everything to avoid paying out! Don't waist your time people the stress is just not worth it.”
“I took the insurance out some 3 weeks before the start date. When i got the paperwork after paying the premium i noticed that my son was not insured.
i therefore asked to cancel the policy but was informed that somewhere in the small print there was an admin fee of £50 but i could add him for £73.
What happened to the 'cooling off period' that comes with most transactions.”

Claim to be friendly & helpful but you cannot cancel their products as they renew automatically on a no reply box.
I tried to cancel a policy several times that was no longer required and now they are chasing me for a policy I cancelled!

Now I'm going to have to create an account (that I'll not need) and cancel insurance that I didn't want, and don't need.

I received no notification via email or post that this was going to happen. I also ticked the 'NO' to the automatic renewal last year.

“You automatically renewed my policy atnd emailed me at 38 minutes past midnight to let me know not giving me a quote earlier than this. I had put other insurance in place as I had not heard from you previous to due date. When I had to cancel within the first 24 hours you charged me £50 . I find this extremely bad practice and if you had written to me earlier I would have been happy to accept your quote. Can you advise if I am likely to have a refund as this amount was 25% of total annual insurance for less than one day when my vehicle was covered by another insurer.”
