Absolutely useless. I will never recommend Yoga. They have taken my first instalment ( I am so glad I did not pay the annual amount) and said my policy was up and running but I cannot find any documents to download. In fact, their Portal as it is called keeps telling me I have no policies and refers me time after time to it to download documentation, which it does not have ?!!. Trying many times to talk to that useless chatbot Yogi is unreal. No sense whatsoever and cannot answer any questions. Infuriating. I cannot contact anyone or thing on the website, and cannot, probably deliberate on Yoga's part, even find a way to cancel the policy without going to Portal which then won't accept my request. Enough Yoga. you are the worst ever company I have dealt with in 50 years of driving. You owe me £40.65 first payment. This is my second serious complaint in 48 hours, that says something eh! Useless Yoga. I will be contacting the ombudsman about this debacle.

Hi, I got a quote from Yoga insurance via ComparetheMarket, as my car insurance was due. The price was very good so I clicked on accept, etc., but when the documents came through it was for a car I had sold a year ago. I immediately cancelled the policy, but now Yoga have informed me I will have to pay admin costs of over £50.00 when I cancelled within 10 minutes when I realised the mistake which I am obviously not happy about and I think is excessive. I tried to ring but could not get through - the perils of doing everything online I suppose and not being able to talk to someone.

What went right ! more like. After you had taken initial payment and told me I now had a policy with you I got no policy to download, tried to sign in to the portal and was not recognised,(no user name or password asked for previously) so could not sign in. Chat bot Yogi the useless had no idea how to correct other than constantly saying "sign in with user name and password" or go to reset by link, which asked for user name and password, Duh !. Constantly replying "I don't understand" Then would I like to talk to an agent ? Surprise Yogi the dull did not know that one was not available after 1400hrs on Saturday, and not until Monday I think. Having spent a long and frustrating time trying to sort user name and password, and entering the portal, I still was told I do not have a policy, and would I like car insurance having had a Quote. What sort of outfit are you ? The worst I have ever dealt with so far. If tomorrow, 5th Feb '24, I cannot get this debacle sorted I will cancel the policy (if it has even been set up ?), that is if that is even possible using the woeful website of yours Yoga, a full refund, and I may take this further. Never have I had such a bad experience in 50 years of insuring a vehicle. Very disappointed !.

Price is considerably more than I paid last year. Not impressed at all, i trusted this company and they let me down.

Got charged ‘Administration Fee’ of £15 for privilege of completing application myself on line and in my own time. Administration is part of the cost of doing business. It should be included on the cost and not a separate charge.

Cannot get through to Yoga as the site doesn’t recognise my password. I’ve asked for a new one but do not get a reply. It’s a bit worrying as I’ve just taken out a policy with them

tried to cancel the autorenewal and was charged £50. no real people to speak to on phone and the website renewal cancellation didn't work.

When I received my documentation I noted an incorrect date which I have no recollection of entering. I tried to correct it in my account only to be asked to pay around £36! That's extortionate considering I was making the change rather than you.

Took policy out in error, three weeks before my existing policy needed renewing. Cancelled the policy the next day but was still charged £49.99 admin fee. Extortionate given that all the transactions were made electronically.

Had re-use portal to add my wife to policy even though, according any dictionary SPOUSE is the other person in marriage.Cost me another £20 to do this.Also how can I cancel auto renewal on portal

If i had known this was no customer service on the phone i wouldnt of taken it out.had hassle trying to log in as codes did not work.when i got in and asked for my documents by post the thing on the other end told me we are trying to cut down on paper ?. Made me feel guilty for asking.at 64 i need someone i can talk to if i have concerns. Not happy at all with this service 😡😡😡

Renewal went up £300 on a 6 year old Dacia. No way to contact Yoga. So canceled DD and wrote a letter. Email arrived to say renewal went through!!

Renewed policy without prior notification on cost and have taken funds from account. Please refund asap as you are £150 more than other insurance company quotes.

Yoga tried to renew my policy automatically when I would never have given this option. In addition they increased the renewal premium as a result of a no fault accident when I had agreed a settlement with the other parties insurers. I could not reach yoga by phone, email and the chat box . I contacted my bank to stop it.
