I read the reviews before I took out the policy and they said it was easy to contact someone, this is not at all correct. If I cancel the policy I will be charged for the cancellation. “Cannot access the policies. The portal on the app doesn't work properly. I needed to cancel a policy but can't find it anywhere so cancelled the dd. Tried to get help but it's a robot that goes round in circles. Can't speak to anyone. Concerns me if I had to claim there is no communication. You get no reply emails...they just don't want contact. I insure more than one car and wanted to put them together. Looked at the YouTube video for instructions but the pages never come up on the screen as shown on the video. Its pants and frustrating”

“Terrible experience trying to correct dates which I'd incorrectly put into the app for insurance start-date. Would have thought this was straightforward but no, and tried cancelling the policy to then re-buy on the correct dates but was going to be charged the total for the Policy. There is supposed to be a 14-day cooling off period anyway. I would really like to cancel now (with no monetary impact) as I've no confidence that an insurance actual claim would be any better dealt with. Round in circles with an AI Chat Bot.”

“I accepted a quotation based on 4 yrs NCB which I earned on a second vehicle, I had previously arranged insurance for my first vehicle using its 9+ yrs NCB, but changed to Churchill at renewal time. All went swimmingly, I'd elected to pay by Direct Debit, no issue but when paperwork has arrived it says 9 Yrs NCB, not the 4 yrs, the price quoted and I've payed is based on the 4 yrs, but impossible to rectify on line, how do you even contact this company, a ridiculous situation, but we know what they'd be saying if I needed them should a claim be made - just need it sorted !”

I was charged a cancellation fee of more than the annual policy cost.
I told them I thought I had a 14 day cooling off period. |They said yes, but we still charge cancellation fees.
Insurance companies have a reputation for being disingenuous when faced with a claim. Yoga has been disingenuous evcn at policy inception stage.

“Went to move to a new vehicle had to pay again to insurers new one and cancel old one and my no claims should be 12years transferring from another vehicle so I know I've been overcharged
