Your contact page does not work re re-setting passwords on accounts as it does not generate an option to re-set the password.
While realising that you are an on line trader your non contact ability will make me think twice about using you for any future insurance policies.

“My wife had contacted Yoga Insurance to let them know that we would nir be renewing our insurance policy through them , then we had an email telling us that our Insurance policy had started again with them , it srarted on Wednesday 25th Sept , my wife cancelled the pollicy on the same day but has been charged £50 to do so , this is an absolute disgrace as we had let them know we were not renewing with them , i believe that we had a 7 day cooling period to cancel with no charge , scandalous service”

“I put all my husband’s details in for quote as an additional driver on my new policy but when I looked at the policy details after paying the whole annual amount my husband had not been added and when I tried to add him within a day of taking out the policy it said I would have to pay an extra amount although the quote was with my husband’s details being given. This means he can’t drive our car and there’s no one to contact or correct this until tomorrow and only then for a limited period between 9am and 2pm. It’s been difficult to navigate the Yoga site with it saying there was an error- not at all what I signed up for”
“i have 2 insurances on the same email and it will only let me sign into one which is no good when i change my car, no phone number to speak to anyone and the chat help online is only until 2pm which is silly when most people work till 5pm”

“STAY AWAY from this company! They will catch you out in anyway they can. Typically after the cooling off period when they decide to reply to your emails. No contact number, very poor customer service!

“I’ve made a change to my policy and paid the fee. The new documents received by email did not include the change. I thought maybe I made a mistake or missed something so I made the change again and paid another fee but yet again the new documents that were received were wrong again. It is so hard to try and resolve this when I’m in a position where I’m not even sure if I’m legal to drive my car”
“I cancelled before the end of policy but the renewal still went through. Cancelled AGAIN once the payment went through but have been charged £49.99 less than 11 hours into the renewal period (I am making a complaint to the ombudsman) and there is NO ONE TO TALK TO - the CHAT BOT IS USELESS, full of unhelful, unrelated, generic responses with no relevance to my actual problem!! I'm struggling to understand why I'm being charged £49.99 admin fee when there's no human beings doing any admin! Thank goodness I didn't have to make a claim over the past year. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!”
“Although I could log into portal, it wanted me to log in again to look at renewal invite details, but kept coming up as error when verifying I was human. I couldn't find any where on your portal to change cookie settings, so had to change it for all sites on my phone besides essential ones. Your chat box couldn't understand my questions & took several attempts before it would let me chat to a human! (I think) Advisor, to confirm my car insurance would be renewed, as your initial invite said at bottom it would only happen if it was set up to, which I couldn't remember. Left me very worried, could do with an earlier way to confirm you wish to renew, and not left to the due day.”
“Very poor, I would not use Yoga insurance, I specifically stated that I did not want an auto renewal insurance policy. This was ignored and they went ahead and automatically renewed my insurance. They altered they portal, for log on procedure for their portal and never informed me. I could not log on, or Reset my password. I do not trust the company and would never use them. Very poor indeed.”
“I was not happy as I had to cancel one policy due to not been able to get into the portal to change my direct debit. It kept saying your pending and would not go further. I then had to start a new policy so I could get insured. Then I never got my another deposit back. It was a total shambles and I would like someone to call me back.”
