Should be 0 I cancelled my policy very next day after set it (within 14 days of free cancellation period) before it started and they dare to charge me something like £50 instead repay my initial payment. Going to insurance ombudsman obviously

I cancelled this policy 3 weeks ago on the portal... this service is a disgrace , cannot reply to emails sent out very difficult to speak to anybody the agent doesn't understand questions so we cannot stop the renewal because nobody has a chance to talk to anybody also no email address to email back... this insurance company simply doesn't allow any contact. I CANCELLED THIS POLICY 3 WEEKS AGO ...NO RESPONSE I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY FEES DUE TO THE INABILITY OF THIS COMPANY TO CONTACT MYSELF.

If I could give its 0 stars I would. Opted to renew my policy with a single payment on the portal. The portal then decided to renew it on a direct debit which cost another £60 on the policy. Have now been told its too late to change it. Extremely annoyed

I was once again conned into paying a fee for automatic renewal. This should not be legal and I will not use an insurer that uses this con.

Impossible to cancel no people work for this outfit apparently been unable to sign into portal for weeks had to end up cancelling my direct debit , hoping they get the message that way. Unbelievable

You said that my insurance will be cancelled because there is a problem with payment but you have taken the pay ment the office hours are ridiculous 0800-1400 Monday to Friday so I can't get in touch with a human,there isn't an email address either it's ridiculous

I haven’t actually renewed with you as was unable to gain access to the portal and the robot was not responding when I wanted to let you know I would not be renewing the policy. This was extremely frustrating and annoying. Please cancel any policy you have now set up with immediate effect and send me confirmation.

Switched my insurance to my new car. Took 2 attempts to change the value of the car and I was charged admin fee each time and chatting to your automated robot is a complete waste of time

Trying to take another years monies from me Finding connection difficult Hoping this gets to you as everything l have tried is failing to contact you and using my old policy to do this, will hopefully get to you. Getting Emails responses from you whatever way l try is failing. Going through your bot is to no avail. You are taking monies off me that l have not asked for, wanted, know about or used. I would like my £87.46 returned and see this as unwanted transaction. Used my card backhandly and causing me so much unnecessary trouble and anxiety for a disabled mental health, anxious individual. I am wanting all my monies returned back to me asap. See this as a way of getting monies out of vulnerable person. Carol Jenkin

Terrible organisation from the start. No one to talk to except for the online chat which isn’t even a real person. Frustrating beyond belief! I’ve just been charged another years’ insurance for a vehicle which I no longer have and of which I was paid a settlement figure 9 months ago! Over £1000 automatically taken from my account. It’ll be back to the frustrating drawing board to get a refund, going round in circles, trying to talk to a human! Chatbot apparently is not on duty Sundays either. Communication in-house is poor to say the very least. Terrible website. Impossible to navigate to get anything sorted. I regret the day I chose this insurer. It hasn’t been worth the pain. AVOID!

£50 to cancel during 14 day cooling off period is shameful. I forgot to cancel renewal as I no longer have a car and we were in the middle of moving house and all the stress that goes along with that, it just slipped my mind. My own fault I appreciate that, but to be charged £50 to cancel (don't forget the 58p for the few hours cover) is just taking advantage of those of us who forget. It was literally a few hours, I'm disgusted. How about as a gesture of goodwill, you give me that back please, I really feel that you have taken advantage of me.

After 3 weeks of taking out my policy / buying my second-hand car, I had all the documentation to put on my cherished plate. The charge was £117.27. All my documents were sent within minutes so no manual labour No changes to the car other than the registration number So how do they justify this fee? I am absolutely disgusted with the charges and will never recommend Yoga Insurance to anyone!

My only change to my policy today was to change the registration as I’ve put my personal one on retention potentially for a new car and whilst I accept an admin fee which has been charged at around £19 my monthly charge has gone up by £9!! This is absolutely disgusting.

I had used your app to opt out of my car insurance being renewed automatically and it has just renewed and now you are charging me a £50 fee to cancel.

I tried to cancel my renewal. It was difficult to do. Then you were able to process the renewal without having my up-to-date details despite telling me that you wouldn't. Now I've got to work out how to contact you and try and get a full refund

I attempted to add a driver to my policy, followed all the instructions and resulted in being told that with the information I provided it was not possible to add this driver, then Yoga took £20 from my card for a mid term policy change. To say the least I am disgusted with this. Of course the 'live chat' just keeps giving robotic answers, referring me to the Login.
