I was not aware cover was on auto renewal , I was charged , on seeing that the full amount was debited from my bank for full years years premium I went to cancel , I had already arranged cover else where YOGA IS AN ONLINE POLICY I WAS CHARGED £50 TO CANCEL THE POLICY

“i made a mistake with the policy start date and as others have said there is no way to contact anyone to try to sort the problem out, just going round and round for hours now, looks like i will have to take out a 2 day policy to cover the gap, live chat is 9 am till 2pm only,”
“Impossible to contact. No email and no phone number. They automatically renewed a policy without need nor authority. We no longer have the car. They were notified never to auto renew. Log on to the portal are the instructions where you cannot cancel a policy without making payment even though none is due. I highly recommend not using this site. Our policy was taken out with one call and they transfer it to this shower!”
“Yoga stole money from me. I wasb't aware of the rolling contract, I didn't say yes to renewing contract. I sold the car being insured, yet they still took £50 admin fee. Stay away from these crooks. Nothing but thieves.”
“Yoga online service made incorrect assumptions one of which I can't amend without a human as it does not appear on the self service portal.
The online chat bot was a total waste of time.
It cost me money to change one problem via a policy amendment which cost me £20 and because I can't change the other problem as yoga has zero customer service over the weekend, I've paid for car insurance that I can't use.
The automated service did however offer me a cancellation quotation as an option. It actually wanted to charge me to cancel. I'm furious.”
“When taking this insurance last year I explicitly said no to automatic renewal. When I received my renewal offer I replied saying I won’t be renewing. About 2 weeks before renewal date a bought and paid in full another insurance company. On the day of renewal I get a message saying thanks for renewing from you. I try all day through the chat to get in touch to sort this only continue to get referral to do it on the portal. The portal don’t have the decline renewal option the chat keeps telling me to use. I can’t get to speak to a human. It’s absolutely ridiculous.”
“The Portal is impossible to use! I have tried to cancel one policy and it's not recognised? There appears to be no function to change the password, if you have forgotten it? If I had realised there was no customer service phone contact, I would not have signed up to Yoga.”
