Impossible to contact by phone. Cannot access portal because everyone has to re register for some reason. However after inputting my email address, the link to register never arrives (checked spam) Tried many times. This is certainly not a "breath of fresh air to the insurance industry". Dread to think what the claims process is like as it is all handles by a third party.

Was ok until I tried to cancel my renewal, couldn’t access the site prior to renewal, managed to get on site on renewal day, 5:30 in morning. Wanted to charge me £28.50 to cancel it ……..not paid. Won’t pay. They provide direct link for claims but not policy :-(

Awful no way of getting though other than a automated chat bot mistake on policy that hadn’t even started and cost me £50 to cancel a policy that hadn’t even started disgusting company

Terrible that they cannot be contacted by phone. That’s appalling. Really needs reporting to the Ombudsman.

I opted to leave, they then said I can get a discounted rate, so I clicked yes, and the system just kept loading for hours again and again but didn’t actually show me any discount. So I have now got a premium with yourself which is more expensive than I was getting from competitors

It's ridiculous. I had to cancel my car policy that cost me an extra 48 pounds and take out a brand new policy for my new car wer I had to pay a big deposit My Porto is the biggest was of time going at least with uther insurance company's you can phon a helpline SHOCKING SERVICE

Policy does not appear on website. Data not transferred correctly from confused.com. Link to live chat is broken. Told to register but told already registered. No way to communicate other than to complain.

Not happy that they have advised as contracts have been issued, for a future start date, cancellation will incur a £50 fee. Hidden in the ts and cs on page 12 - no transparency!

I can not log in I can not seem to receive any email log in I have no way of contacting you there is no way other than online which I can not log in with because your not sending me the link, I don’t want to renew my insurance with you the price has more than quadrupled and I can’t even log in to cancel

I took out insurance with you. I changed my mind 3 or 4 days later. I couldn’t talk to anyone about it so I cancelled online. You kept my deposit and then charged me an extra £12.42! I am thinking about getting in touch with the insurance ombudsman about these charges as I’m sure that it’s my right to change my mind and receive a full refund.

Policy jumped from £60 monthly to £90 monthly after a no fault accident, in which my car was written off. I expected my policy to drop below the £60 I was paying. I received no explanation as to why my policy rose but 50%.

Terrible service, 5 days to replace a windscreen, only after I contacted them 3 times, no help, no replacement car despite my policy saying I should get one. Refused to put me through to their complaints section, doubt they even have one. Would never use again and would never recommend them.

Had sending bad ratings but trying to contact and am locked out due to the new log in. It won’t verify me and need to update my insurance. Used these in the beginning as were quick and easy to contact

I have on several occasions tried to log in, which doesn't work every time, they have changed my policy to monthly, who even uses car insurance monthly? I can never get hold of customer services, so their customer services is basically non existent, it pays to have someone at the end of the phone, but in this case they are not even on the chat to help out as I cannot log in, over and over again I have had this problem
