“Terrible service, 5 days to replace a windscreen, only after I contacted them 3 times, no help, no replacement car despite my policy saying I should get one. Refused to put me through to their complaints section, doubt they even have one. Would never use again and would never recommend them.”

“I cancelled this policy 3 weeks ago on the portal... this service is a disgrace , cannot reply to emails sent out very difficult to speak to anybody the agent doesn't understand questions so we cannot stop the renewal because nobody has a chance to talk to anybody also no email address to email back... this insurance company simply doesn't allow any contact. “If I could give its 0 stars I would. Opted to renew my policy with a single payment on the portal. The portal then decided to renew it on a direct debit which cost another £60 on the policy. Have now been told its too late to change it. Extremely annoyed”

Going through your bot is to no avail.
You are taking monies off me that l have not asked for, wanted, know about or used.
I would like my £87.46 returned and see this as unwanted transaction. Used my card backhandly and causing me so much unnecessary trouble and anxiety for a disabled mental health, anxious individual.
I am wanting all my monies returned back to me asap. See this as a way of getting monies out of vulnerable person.

“Terrible organisation from the start. No one to talk to except for the online chat which isn’t even a real person. Frustrating beyond belief! I’ve just been charged another years’ insurance for a vehicle which I no longer have and of which I was paid a settlement figure 9 months ago! Over £1000 automatically taken from my account. It’ll be back to the frustrating drawing board to get a refund, going round in circles, trying to talk to a human! Chatbot apparently is not on duty Sundays either. Communication in-house is poor to say the very least. Terrible website. Impossible to navigate to get anything sorted. I regret the day I chose this insurer. It hasn’t been worth the pain. AVOID!”
“£50 to cancel during 14 day cooling off period is shameful. I forgot to cancel renewal as I no longer have a car and we were in the middle of moving house and all the stress that goes along with that, it just slipped my mind. My own fault I appreciate that, but to be charged £50 to cancel (don't forget the 58p for the few hours cover) is just taking advantage of those of us who forget. It was literally a few hours, I'm disgusted.

The charge was £117.27. All my documents were sent within minutes so no manual labour

So how do they justify this fee? I am absolutely disgusted with the charges and will never recommend Yoga Insurance to anyone!”
“My only change to my policy today was to change the registration as I’ve put my personal one on retention potentially for a new car and whilst I accept an admin fee which has been charged at around £19 my monthly charge has gone up by £9!! This is absolutely disgusting.”
