“The insurer has no customer service number. Even after weeks of waiting for them to arrange my car to be repaired, they eventually recommend a garage but my car still has not been repaired! As the garage need authorisation and they have not replied!
When you want to make a complaint you have to speak to the live chat (messaging) and they ask you to call a phone number with 4 options. 1 of them is there breakdown department, option 2 goes dead and option 3 and 4 say go back to the live chat!
Honestly the most under resourced, understaffed, unprofessiona insurance company I have gone with.”

“I did not realise (mea culpa) that this exclusively an online portal. I would Not have purchased the policy had i realised. As soon as i realised this (& the fact that Live Chat is Only available between 9 & TWO pm - which was only 10 minutes after purchasing the policy - which does not start for at least 2 weeks. The online portal wanted to charge me £49.99 for cancelling.... i thought this must be an error so tried again today. I was informed that they have put an£49.99 cancellation fee into their t & cs... & so the usual 14 Day cooling off period does not apply to Yoga Car Insurance. My fault for not going through the fine small print before accepting the policy - but in 43 years of purchasing car insurance i have Never come across this. Shameless GREED! I am seriously unimpressed & will not be recommending you to anyone at all. I hope whoever get the extra 50 quid - is delighted they have caused upset & frustration.”
“I have not got any polices with you I cancelled within 24 hrs. I keep getting recovery letters and no way of speaking to anyone there for I am sending all information to watch dog also trading standards so please stop sending recovery letters

I took a policy with you originally in 2022. (YPGC0065959) which renewed in 2023. I sold the insured vehicle and changed to a new temporary vehicle. Then I tried to change to a new vehicle and the app would not let me am mend the policy.
I thought I was changing the details to my new car but instead inadvertently took out a new policy (YGPC0138147). I tried to cancel the previous policy but was being asked for a cancellation fee and have made numerous attempts to contact Yoga directly without success.
I have been paying for 2 policies ever since.
I wish to cancel the first policy and have the payments refunded back dated to 4th August 2023.
Please respond.”
“I am unable to login to yoga. I did not wish to insure with you this year but was unable to cancel therefore I was forced to cancel payments. Despite requesting 3 times that I had forgotten my password, (which I havn,t but wouldn,t work) no reply was received”
“Didn't ask for automatic renewal and don't want insurance cover at massive 2nd year price, phone number is one call not Yoga, set up other insurance a while ago and can't cancel on line so have stopped direct debit. No doubt if you do that they will cancel cover !!!”

“Having had Yoga insurance myself I thought I would recommend them to my wife. The policy quoted was very competitive. My wife has since needed to make a claim and the customer service has left us both disappointed.
My wife had an accident on Friday and it took over an hour to advise of a claim. Since then we have received absolutely no support or advice about a car replacement. My wife needs her car for work out in the country and has needed to use taxis to and from work. There has been no mention of replacement and we feel we have probably made a mistake in trusting this company as our car insurers. The only time they are available are between Mon to Friday during office hours , exactly when my wife is working.”

“Beware of this company. They automatically renew your insurance and then want to charge you for cancelling the policy that is no longer needed. You cant speak to a person as they are online only. Avoid at all costs!! I would have given them 0 but then I couldn't leave a review to warn others. I am in the process of attempting to get all my money back which is difficult as you cant speak to anyone.”
“Took out policy got 2 hours wanted paperwork through post was told online only so decided to cancel policy and was going to be charged £50.00 for the privilege but after some complaint charge was reduced to £25.00 supposedly for admin charge for which they handnt done anything I had done it all online.”
“Cancelled the policy 2 weeks before the activation date, only to find I will be charged £49.99 for a policy that had not even started. Breakdown cover useless, as they don't provide a call out telephone number and you need access to a computer and internet to inform of a breakdown. Cheap in this case was a big mistake.”
“Absolute nightmare company to deal with. Break down cover is a complete joke. Wife waited for 6 hours for recovery, then refused to take it to main dealer garage, saying the car was ok. Customer service non existing.”
