I can’t get through to register on the customer portal and can find no means of contacting anyone for help. Not a good start for a new customer!

I did not agree to automatic renewal of my policy! I have just sold the car this week and could not contact you. Please refund the money you have deducted from my bank account!

Very difficult to communicate with them. Portal is useless - doesn't recognise saved passwords. Live chat only limited

Appalling customer service had car insurance with them would strongly recommend give a wide berth it’s fine if you don’t need to contact them which is non existent. This was bad enough but then they unauthorised took money via PayPal which left me overdrawn and no money. 😡

Tried to change my car details bought a new car and not clear on your web page on line . I selected registration vehicle change which as now allocated to my current car not change of brand new purchased car .

You can't get in touch with anyone. Even their chat function is only part-time, and it's totally useless. I tried to cancel my policy as it looks like it's got an auto-renew functin which I don't want, and I don't even own the car now, and the request repeatedly failed. Go with a service that actually has people employed.

You upgraded my insurance to gold without my agreement and are charging me astronomical fees every month and I can't speak to anyone to resolve this. I can't access my portal you have no phone number so how am I meant to contact you

Don’t use this company, very good when you take out a policy. Very bad when you want to cancel, no phone number, have to use a portal which you think you have cancelled, but then they take the money anyway. Stay clear.

I am still trying to cancel my previous car insurance with you pol no YGCMO1560 Please cancel from 27/3/2025 as I have now sold the car KN58 YBZ and cancelled my direct debit for £22.08 which went out in 1st of each month. I had wanted to transfer.the insurance to my new car but couldn’t get into the portal so had to take out a completely new insurance.

We are trying to cancel our car insurance, but we cannot get onto the portal to do so, we are not getting any communication at all, this is absolutely out of the question poor customer service 6 days we have been trying. We need at least a contact number, pleased be assured the direct debit will be cancelled at the end of this month when the policy is due for renewal.

Link to portal doesn't work. Went straight to the website and tried to register there where an email link should have been sent. No sign of one (yes, i've checked the junk folder). I am planning to buy a new vehicle and i'll be cancelling this policy asap. I've no time for this nonsense. Yoga is well named the contortions you have to go through just to view your own policy.

I’ve tried to change my registration on my insurance, I have paid the £20 fee for doing so yet the updated policy still has the old registration on. No contact information with regard to a customer service number. Absolutely shocking!!!!
