“Visited my Yoga portal to review my renewal quotes where it stated they had found me a better deal, great! However, I noticed that the total excess had gone up, then when I reduced it the premium actually went down..... So why wasn't I offered this price at renewal? Then I noticed my renewal date was wrong so using live chat I eventually got through to a human agent who said Yoga were aware of this error and all would be put right and my documents would show the correct dates. So I renewed at the lower price and unsurprisingly my documents came through wrong.”
“I got a quote through money, supermarket and Detailed zero no Claim bonus. The policy was a good price so I bought it and when I reviewed my documents detailed nine years, no claims bonus. I tried to make contact to get this amended tried everything could not get through Online through the Awful chatbot. As I can only have no claims bonus against one car I had to cancel the policy which cost me £50 really really annoyed that I wasn’t able to get it amended would definitely not recommend this company as it is absolutely abysmal that you can’t get through to anybody”

“My car insurance increased significantly after the 1st year and was auto-renewed. When I tried to cancel, I was charged a £49 cancellation fee. Obviously Yoga have a very cynical business model.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I see a number of people below have had the same experience.

“Discussed . Auto renew should be outlawed. I was charged £51.85 for a renewal I did not want. YOU try contacting then to say u don’t want to renew !! My 1st premium. (and certainly will be my last ) was £221.00 , my next years renewal was £675.00 . I’m furious , this company makes my blood boil. Avoid at all costs. They even clawed the £51.85 back, via a direct debit I cancelled weeks before , without my consent. Total Bandits.”

“I cancelled a policy 10 mins after taking it out because my original insurer matched Yoga's price when I called to cancel the renewal. Yoga insurance insist on charging me £49.99 administration fee for a policy that 1) wasn't due to start for another month 2) did not send any documents. What admin was actually done here? Claiming the full money back through the bank as this mob are complete charlatans.”
“I had a renewel letter comè through I couldnt see a price so said cancel renewal. Done another one on cashback and got a price that way.
Its a nightmare to speak to an agent spoke to a tobi ask question but didnt get decent answers for what I was asking so asked to speak to an agent never got one . I DONT want a renewel

“The automatic renewal of Yoga insurance is a fraud. It doesn’t give you a chance to cancel your renewal. Everything is available except cancellation of renewal on the app. I’ve switched to another insurance and they are forcing a renewal which I don’t need. The emails are NO REPLY. There is no telephone number to speak to someone.

Then I had an email from them saying that it has renewed the old policy
For aprox 35pounds per month,I tried to email them,no email address.
Went on the portal but it kept telling me to cancel and it's 49pounds.
And no chance of phoning,so no idea what I do now.”
“You need to have a telephone helpline number to discuss the policy or ask a question prior to purchase . You don’t appear to have one or , if you do , then you do not make the number available.
I , personally, do not want to talk via chat or chat-bot or any other internet rubbish .
There are great swathes of this country that don’t want or understand this digital and internet world . It is discriminatory against elderly people and it is excluding people who don’t have a voice .
All we hear is inclusivity all the time . Your company is the opposite of this and is discriminatory. I only used your services because you are cheap .”
“Did not renew policy in February only to recieve four emails on 20th of March, two acknowledged my cancellation and two thanked me for renewing. In April Yoga have taken £49 out of my bank account and renewed my cancelled policy”
“The web site kept crashing forcing me to restart the quotation. Also the options, although I had chosen them, kept reappearing asking me to choose the options! I spent ages and when trying to pay for the first time the reply was “it’s embarrassing but we have technical difficulties “ Not good enough when there is no human to speak to!”
“I did not renew but Yoga renewed anyway and took annual premium from the credit card I used last year (thought keeping credit card was illegal).
When I saw what had happened I went onto portal as the chatbot did not do as I asked and transfer me to an agent. I cancelled policy but could only do from midnight that day and now Yoga wnt over £50 in cancellation fee. Credit card has to wait for it to clear before they will help and Yoga want 7 days to refund anything.
Disgusted!”
