I paid a deposit and without any warning, the policy wasn't created and my car was uninsured for several hours. Thankfully it was during the night. I had to redo the payment and because my insurance had run out, they charged me an extra £50 and have not honoured the original price. Very disappointed

i had a cheaper quote and was happy to stay with you if you matched it [ it wasnt much cheaper ] but you just cant talk to anyone in person or on line about this , and your portal is not set up for this question. I tried ringing you claims dept as that was the only number I could find - and they cut me off without speaking to anyone Not only that - I went to change my bank details as the one you had was my old account number to pay the £580 quote - and you then added another £12 to the quote you were telling me to pay for no reason whatsoever . VERY poor and I had no time to go back to the other party as Im away for a week .

Yoga do a good job of keeping the prices low, maybe next year I will re-insure with them. Peter

Renewed my policy on April 25th You have now sent me another policy and charged my account £174.18. The policy is wrong....and the car is already insured with you

Trying again to get my review published. Sure if it was 5 stars it would have been posted no problem…. As many others have posted, difficult to stop auto renew then charged £50 for cancelling. Excessive and disproportionate, stay away from these charlatans. People are giving good reviews because they are cheap, but anyone who has actually had to deal with them are giving terrible reviews. This tells you a lot.

Cheaper to renew policy through a comparison website than auto renew policy. Shame no customer loyalty.

Price much higher than elsewhere. Card was auto saved so renewal went through. £49. Ish admin fee to cancel even in cooling off period? Other fees high also - strange for online. ‘Bot’ very poor. Lack of clarity on documentation as there was so much to plough through.

Couldn't contact customer services, just went round in circles with the bot. Quoted price valid until 16/06/24 was £226.46. When I clicked on the link, filled in Driving licence numbers the price had increased to £243.83.

My policy was due for renwal at midnight last night, I replied to your renewal reminder email that I do not wish to renew my policy with you & I have made other arrangements with a real Insurance company where I can phone & speak to a real person. The AA. Earlier today I received an email from you Yoga containing my new insurance documents for a policy that I did not request. Without my permission you stole £450 from my bank account which you had no right to as I had already told you a few weeks ago that I had no intention of renewing my policy with you. Live chat???? a machine not a person that is not programmed to deal with this. Which meant that I had to cancel the policy & learnt that I'm being charged almost £50 to cancel, something that I clearly stated that I do not want. I've contacted my bank & The Intelligence Fraud Bureau, Insurance Fraud who will be contacting you & have assured me that you will be made repay the cancelation fee that I've been charged. This is related to cancelled policy number YGPC0124924. I think that you are a bunch of thieves

I noticed after I’d paid my money and then read the documents that were sent through to me (as instructed). I was shocked to see that if I had a pet in my car then I would be excluded from anyone coming coming out to rescue me. When I queried this I was basically told that I should have read the documents before I paid my money!! Your employee Abbie was not at all helpful and I ended up asking her to send me an email saying someone would come out although she said there could be delays as the mechanic may have allergies and so they may have to send someone else. I told her I’m a 62 year old female and would be concerned for my safety if there were delays especially if I was to break down on a motorway and mechanics refused to come out. A really bad experience and I won’t be recommending you to anyone and certainly won’t be renewing with you next year. Where is your compassion!!!!!

Documents did not record correct information, and a portal "chat" with Yogi did not provide any help and would not transfer to a live chat with an agent. I have tried to cancel the policy through the Portal but they will not process unless I accept a £49.99 deduction from the Policy price paid in spite of being within the 14 day cooling off period and well before the start date of the Policy.I can not recommend anyone to use Yoga.

the portal did not allow me to change me details when I wanted to renew and so I paid and then went back into the policy and updated only to be charged £53.00 then when it became too expensive they want to charge a huge £49.99 to cancel the policy with not cooling off period. AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I had insurance for just a couple of hours and had to cancel as we returned the car due to faults. For this we were charged £50 admin fees plus £15 for a full day insurance

Cancelled the insurance as I did not wish to renew. Disgusted I have been charged over £50 and your company has taken the first direct debit payment of over £22. I cancelled the day the insurance started and will not be using Yoga again. I foolishly forgot to set to not auto renew on the website

I was penalised fir cancelling policies which hadn't even started. How could you charge me £49.99 for each policy cancellation. I find it ridiculous. So you don't even have cooling off period!
