But having had a quick glance at the roadside recovery policy I was surprised to find I am not covered for recovery if I am involved in a my fault accident
Or only discovered this after paying for my insurance
I would consider this to be a Nasty hidden surprise”

“Website frustrating to cancel renewal. Tried to charge me £60 as you renewed when I asked you not to. The charge was because I cancelled wothing 24 hours under the 14 day rule . I wonder how many ex customers you con to make a cancellation and they pay up not realising they have 14 days at no charge.

“I bought a car insurance policy at about 10.30 in the evening . When it had gone
through I printed the schedule and it was then that I noticed an error. I went on
line the next morning to try to change it and was asked questions I couldn't answer
so tried the chat, I got the bot who couldn't help but failed to get an Agent !! After
an hour of getting no where I gave up and cancelled . The policy isn't due to start
until 6 June but they are still deducting £49.99 from my payment. Whatever happened to the 14 days to change your mind!!”

“Signing up for the policy is quick and straightforward. However, claiming is a different matter. When a third party hit my car and I had to make a claim in early March (it is now June) the whole process has been a complete nightmare. Countless follow up calls needed, otherwise no contact from the insurance company. Still not resolved. Never again.”

Everything relies on the use of digital technology. This feels very insecure and inhumane. Unlike the other insurance companies I spoke with, all effort is on the part of the client not the provider. Car insurance is a serious matter and it feels highly disrespectful that a company can ‘hide’ in this way.
I would have cancelled the car insurance policy if it wasn’t so stressful to do so! It wasn’t that much cheaper than my other quotes but I didn’t realise how the company functions at that time.”

“i would have given 0 stars if it allowed. I got 2 quotes from you, the second just as I had to take the insurance out as I has purchased the vehicle to drive it home and to tax it. The second quote was £16 more expensive and I had to pay an 'admin fee' of £15, so in fact the quote worked out more expensive than other quotes I had from the Confused website. I had no choice but to pay this as I had a poor wifi reception on my phone. You should not put misleading information on your quotes and you should have put the admin charge on the website, clearly. Disgraceful and down right dishonest.”

“I'm sorry to say I don't like your Insurance System at all. I haven't been able to speak to anyone, I haven't had any official certificate with contract details at all.
The amount I pay each month I am not clear what it is for other than car insurance. I was beginning to think it is a scam but then I found you on meerkat compare site, which is well known.
I have tried endlessly to contact you online but it states you do not recognise my email, so asked me to register, which I tried to do, yet not to be recognised again!.
I feel like cancelling.
