“I tried to cancel my renewal when asked why I said too expensive . It immediately dropped by £50 so I decided to renew but neede to change it to social andsoesfic as I had retired
I couldn’t do this on the renewal so opened policy after I’d paid and updated it to find a extra £54 added for a change to documents I then decided to cancel and£49,99 charge so I felt totally manipulated to pay much more than the policy I’d just cancelled for this policy
I want my. Policy charge removed I could not speak or contact anyone to help me so I am very dissapointed and will be writing in for the refund or I will not use Yga again
No person to speak to about issues is really negative on this company

“Cannot talk to a real person, 35% premium hike after first 12months, cancelled my renewal but still received a renewed policy at +35%, could not sort it the same day as the policy started and was charged £49.00 on the first day of a 'cooling off' period. Shocking online only non personal or customer focused approach and service.
Will leave negative reviews on media and advise people not to use this company.

“So far the quote I received from the comparison site was £30 cheaper than the price that I was rerouted on the yoga site. So fair enough still a relatively good price.
Then when I paid online, twice it said the payment hadn't gone through so I persevered a third time......only to be told by my banking app the the three payments had been paid.....a grand total of £667 !”
“Thought I had cancelled automatic renewal as I always do. Took out another insurance, only to be charged £49 when cancelled on the day of renewal. Very harsh and no way of communicating this.”
“I went onto my log in & cancelled my renewal however it wasn’t cancelled, I had a renewal message to say Thankyou for renewal. So I thought It wouldn’t matter as I have 14 days cooling off period , only to find that there is an admin charge ?? Even though I had cancelled my renewal in plenty of time .

“You quoted me 254.87 for my renewal on two comparison site they quoted 185.27 and 200.27 when I tried to buy them I couldn't apparently you put a block on my account to supposedly stop people from buying two lots of insurance, that I do not believe I managed to chat to your advisors both of who were really helpful I thought you were supposed to offer existing customers the same rates as new customers I was finally offered a price of 198.12 which I took even though I was not 100% happy if I could have got close to that with any other company I would have taken theirs.”
“Quoted through a comparison site and purchased, then checked the documents when completed and found them different to what was first entered. I had to cancel minutes later at a cost of £49.99. There is not option to check the details are correct before you complete your purchase, if there is then it’s not clearly found.”
“The quote had my cars correct details and the certificate showed a different cars details with the same registration number. I had to pay £50 to change it”
“Terribly. When I put in all my details I also included named drivers. After I paid and checked the policy documents the named drivers were not included. I tried unsuccessfully to add them but system would not accept them and therefore I had no choice but to cancel the policy even before it began.
The system then proceeded to charge me cancellation fees of around 20%. I am still waiting for my original payment to be returned.”

“I was charged an extortionate £109 to change the registration number on my Quashqai, after I removed my private registration number prior to selling the car, then yoga wanted a further £550 pounds on top of my existing policy, which only had a few months left to run, to insure my new vehicle which was a Mini diesel that was the same age and had a very similar value. The number plate change was a huge insult as nothing else had changed regarding the vehicle. My new company didn't charge anything to change my registration. I will never use Yoga again, initial policy was relatively competitive but anything else after that was a huge rip-off with extortionate policy change fees.”
