“I’m so cross as my car insurance was automatically renewed against my wishes with this company. I already had taken out a car insurance with a cheaper company ( I never ask for auto renewal. ) However I thought I’d contact them but this proved impossible. No way to speak to anyone. Downloaded app that would not work. Continued to say they couldn’t find me on system but they manage to take my money ok.
2 hrs later still trying to figure out how to cancel this.. I felt annoyed and frustrated. Tried to do on line chat, no one there . Tried everything I could . Rang my bank asking them to deal with this as I never authorised the much more expensive renewal. £70 more than last year for the same car. I want someone to help me cancel this but no way found to do it. Live chat not available. I will not use an online insurance again with no telephone number to call.”

Then on the 6th of June you took £428.67 PolicyYGCV0001296 which I did not authorise. The vehicle was Ford Ranger EJ20WJN. How has this happened two policy payments same vehicle. “I cancelled my policy on the portal on 02nd June but you still automatically renewed it and sent me confirmation via a No Reply email on 08/11.
Your Live Chat bot did not understand and wanted me to cancel the policy but then I would have to pay a time on risk and admin charge, and there is no contact email or phone number - but it is a Saturday and I am abroad on holiday so I can't call you anyway ! “The price was not competitive this year and I found there was NO number or email to contact Yoga to speak or email anyone, even the live char just circumvents you back to a website where I cannot log and leave any questions.
