“The login to the website portal has been changed and I no longer have access to my policy I could have discussed this over the phone but no call centres”
“Hopeless experience. Easy to set up policy, however the link to the portal will not accept my email address. It keeps coming up that it is already in use. Trying to get through on the live chat is hopeless. Not a good experience. They need a phone number to contact for issues that come up like this. Thinking of cancelling and going with another provider.”

“Tried to amend details with renewal for 2024. Unable to amend, chatbot unable to assist. Unable to access policy via website/dashboard as it said I didn't have one ( Policy Number: YGPC0126786). Therefore, I cancelled policy and took out insurance with different company. You have now taken another payment for the cancelled policy and told me you will cancel the renewed policy that I don't want, or need on 25th June. Have messaged numerous times re this and never had a response. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Frustrating not to be able to get an answer to a non-standard question and not being able to do live chat or speak to anyone. I won't be recommending you to any of my family or friends.”
“Unable to access portal, info on how to access hidden by drop box, to decline renewal. Found it too late cost £15 for 1day insurance and £50 to cancel. Joke is wife got better deal renewing with Confused, provider is Yoga!”
“I’m really frustrated, it is bad enough that I can not speak to a person on the phone. When I am told by a fcuking bot that I can speak with an agent between 9am-2pm Monday to Saturday, it is now 11:36am on a Saturday & quelle surprise no agent is available - this is sub standard service.
You have increased my direct debit by £25 without consulting me - WHY? Some one has best contact me & SOON. If you do not then I will be cancelling this policy. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN OR AN AGENT ON LINE.

“I was goimg on holiday 30th April so had to do renewal begore I went was due in May couldnt get a renewal price so told chat line to cancel . Then done go compare and redone a new one with Yoga as could see the price when I looked on my statement found they done the one in April took my money and then the one in May took my money contacted my bank was refunded the last one said its now cancelled and there is a cancellation charge . If they put my name in they would see they have 2 policies for me. Will never go with them again . Ask for an agent and the bot says anything else I said yes an agent or advisor which never happened. Have wrote to them but my bank refunded in two days but now they said cancellation fee.”

I want to cancel this policy which was started less than two hours later at no charge to myself under the rules of the Distant Selling Rules 1015 Agreement, I am not happy with not being able to get in touch with yourselves at all, which makes me wonder what kind of Insurers you are, I will take this further as at no time was there anything that said there would be a charge especially as the insurance does not start until the 22nd of June 2024. Please let me know and refund me in full £210.78 I have been in touch with my credit card supplier and they assure me that I can cancel within 14 days. Not happy regards Heather”
“The free breakdown cover only covers a breakdown within 10 miles of home. This wasn't made clear until AFTER I had bought the policy. Rip-off and ambiguous. The policy documents can only be seen online. I wanted them through the post but at no point during my application was that made clear. I DO NOT want auto-renewal. What gives you the right to take money out of my account, automatically? When these points became obvious on the day I bought the policy, you wanted £50 to cancel the policy. Absolute rubbish customer service. Why are you not offering a 14 day cooling off period? Rubbish insurance, rubbish company. Next year I will go with a reputable company like RAC or AA. Wouldn't touch you with a barge pole.”
