The web-site was almost impossible to navigate when I wanted to cancel my policy, so it renewed automatically, I have tried various times to cancel from the Portal, but it's a nightmare, and I am quite Tech savvy, without being able to do it! I have just sent a letter of cancellation in the post to try that way. No customer support at all apart from some you Tube videos that are hard to follow? I am disgusted that the company make it as hard as possible to cancel a policy!

once you have taken out and paid for you policy you cannot speak to any one not even live chat and the porthole they say you can use is not working ... am at the stage thinking this site might be scam.

Paid deposit, but was given a better price by my current insurer. Cancelled 4 weeks before policy came into force. Still charged £49.99 for cancelling, despite it being less than 2 hours after paying. What happened to the cooling off period? Totally non existent!

You wouldn’t let me stop the auto renewal and only when the new policy started was I able to cancel it on the day it started but you charged me £70. That’s a disgrace

I cannot get my documents as it does not recognise my email or password I am very annoyed please rectify this asap I have followed all the correct instructions but it is not working and since you emailed me to thank me for renewing my insurance how can you not recognise me? There is no telephone number to call you

I don't want to leave any stars for Yoga! My wife had been with Yoga two years and her insurance was due for renewal on 1st July 2024 but as we'd found car insurance £100 cheaper elsewhere she wanted to cancel the auto renewal with Yoga but we couldn't access her online account no matter what we tried, as there isn't an email address or phone number to contact Yoga she sent a letter via Royal Mail Special Delivery saying that she did not want to renew - we've received an email today saying Yoga has renewed her insurance. There doesn't seem to be any provision to contact Yoga if you cannot access your account online. I do not know how we can resolve this mess.

Changed the way online accounts are registered / created and even though I had one, it’s now gone. Tried creating another and it won’t work, I am not receiving the email to register (tried 3 email addresses, non worked). No one to contact for help, hopeless.

I have not renewed my car insurance with you because you get hold of me on the last day saying thanks for renewing but I got car insurance on the 26 th June because I didn't hear from you

I purchased a policy a few days ago (well within the 14 days cooling off period) and subsequently realised it is an online company only, with no telephone contact. I tried to cancel my policy today and have been told there is a charge of £49.99. Surely this contravenes the law allowing the cancellation of online purchases within 14 days.

I was unable to turn off auto renew on my account and live chat was not working. I cancelled my direct debit and used the send a message option asking for auto renew to be turned off and it has still auto renewed. Exceptionally bad service, I won't be recommending or using again.I will shortly be submitting a complaint.

There is a requirement to open an account before you can contact the Customer Support. The problem is if you can’t get past the opening process you are lumbered and there is no way of reaching them to try to sort the problem out. I was not told there was going to be this difficulty in getting Customer Support and frankly, I think the model is flawed. I’m going to cancel my policy even though it will cost me money, I can’t be spending all day trying to get through the customer opening procedure. I think I was seriously misled about the quality of the company and the fact it is so difficult to reach them. There is no customer service.

Had asked for my policy not to be renewed as price was not competitive but it was renewed anyway. When tried to cancel on receipt of documents I was charged the admin fee as well as the time between me receiving the email at midnight and next morning at 8am. To make matters worse the log in procedure had been changed, and made to register again. Very costly mistake taking up policy with Yoga and will not do so again.

BEWARE!! Dreadful company to deal with. Even though I’d cancelled my renewal within the 14 day cooling off period. They still charged me a cancellation fee.

I didn’t want to renew. I had sold my car. However there is no option to NOT renew on your website, only to cancel which would have cost me money. I had to write to your complaints manager and send by snail mail as there is no other way to contact you and I’m still waiting a response.

Rubbish. Tried to decline renewal notice in good time on your portal but was unable to. Kept trying, support was completely useless, kept telling me the same thing but the tab simply wasn't there. Tried and tried to find a contact number but none. Very frustrating. Cancelled my DD then recieved a cancellation notice which is fine BUT you want to charge me £78 which I WILL NOT PAY. I changed my Insurer because Yoga has gone up EVEN THOUGH I have made no claims and have a NCB of 9 years. Considering that you are an online insurer only and must be saving tens of thousands on salaries, your premiums should be A LOT LESS. Won't be using Yoga again and will tell family and friends to avoid.

Worst insurance compnay going . Terrible service. Told me to renew a car that yoga insurance took away from me and i classed it as off the road but still donot believe me. Noone ever replies to emails either. Worst ever
