“Bad communication ...I went to log into my account to stop my renewal as it went from £555 to nearly 2K ....so when I went to do this the site had changed and said existing customers need to sign up again to get into their account. So I did this and it was saying my email wasn't recognised even though I am having emails from them. I tried everything to try get hold of someone for help and there is absolutely no means of talking to someone to resolve problems. The live chat is a bot that's on loop. Very annoying so I cancelled my DD to stop them taking £185 a month out ...instead of £46. I'd never go with this company again.”
“I’ve been trying to cancel my insurance payment as Yoga kept my card details. I can’t get through to them and you can’t phone them. My advice is don’t bother with Yoga…they are uncontactable when you need them.”
