After contacting Yoga more than 3 weeks ago, they started my renewal policy. I canceled on same day but they still charged me £50.60 for cancellation. Robbing B******s

I have tried to cancel insurance on Web site several attempts with no success. Tried calling again with no success.

We had a policy that was set to NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. We did not receive any correspondence from Yoga regarding a renewal policy until THE DAY BEFORE THE POLICY END DATE. Having logged on to Yoga online to cancel the renewal policy we were unable to cancel due to it being too close to the renewal date. This has resulted in us having to pay an additional £50 to cancel a policy that should never have been renewed automatically. Very poor customer service. No one available to explain or help. We are expecting a full refund on receipt of this feedback. Dreadful Customer service.

What ever you do don't try and cancel your policy. I cancelled mine when it came time renew. Cancelled my direct debit with my bank in branch, only for Yoda to reactivate my direct debit and started to take monies again from my bank account without my permission. After about two weeks of finally cancelling my direct debits and stopping them from doing it again, Yoda then took money from a different bank account that I used to pay the deposit, using my card details again all of this with none of my permission or authorisation. Another of returns to the banks but I think I've now got them barred from my accounts. Certainly would not recommend them due to this experience, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask.

Car got stolen amthen yoag insurance said my car was modified as it had non factory bumpers on which were on when I brought it so the cancelled my insurance.

After having been inundated with 6 insurance suggestion/offers for house and bike etc., I missed the email for my car insurance renewal. I tried but it was impossible to get through on the phone to get new quote. your phone number doesn’t work! !!! And the portal doesn’t appear on the screen. I therefore had to take out insurance with another company and want to cancel the renewal with yoga immediately. How do I get hold of your staff.

We are with Yoga insurance and found their claim handling services extremely poor. We have been waiting 3 weeks for a decision on our car, will it be a write off or repaired, and in the meantime we have no courtesy car and no transport. The telephone service provided by yoga is non responsive and all communication has been by email which takes days for them to respond, and we are chasing and no one is calling to give a progress update on the claim. The experience has been very poor and stressful.

Set up a new policy, following day completely unable to login or access my account or receive reset password link….nothing works! Just keeps looping and asking for email address and click ‘human’ then loops again….absolutely hopeless! Yet all my policy documentation emailed through to same email day before. Rubbish for an ONLINE ONLY and SELF SERVICE account!!!!! Need to make a policy amendment…..ring me Yoga!!!!

I can't speak to the livechat agent as I have to work between 9am and 2pm but I would like to know why a quote I received at 5pm today has now increased by £100 for the same change. Basically, I wish to change my vehicle and was told at 5pm it would cost be an extra ££154 to do this. I tried to pay there any then but I didn't have my phone so couldn't confirm the purchase with my bank. I have now come back and am being quoted an £254 for exactly the same thing. I have heard of inflation but that is simply ridiculous and I'm certainly not impressed. I tried the stupid Chat bot but that was another waste of my time.

I've had a bad experience because I have insured with another company. And I now trying to cancel this "new" policy! Find difficult to find a phone number to speak to someone.

Most insurance companies need a positive action by the customer to renew a policy not this company. I have already taken out an insurance policy with a different company. Also there is no telephone contact and no option to change a password if the previous has been forgotten making communication difficult. I have contacted the bank to cancel my renewal as it was not authorised by myself

Yoga took me on as a new customer, and then 2 months later wrote to me saying they were terminating my cover in 7 days time as they had made an error in accepting me - they said they didn't cover my occupation. I then had to find new insurance, however Yoga only sent me a partial refund. I'd paid in full, and I was ok with them deducting 2/12 of the annual premium from my refund as I'd had cover for 2 months, but after allowing for that I was still out of pocket by almost £70. Extremely disappointed by this. My insurance was cancelled due to no fault of mine yet I lost out by just under £70. Plus because I'd to get new cover at short notice my premium was higher than it would have been if I'd been arranging it with more time to spare. Beware!

I need a human to help me! I can’t get into my app, must have used a password spelt incorrectly so I can’t get in to speak to the human. The app doesn’t allow for resending link for new password. I need to check if my old car is still registered with you after insuring my new car and how it affects premium,NCB or if I’ll get a refund of premium for the old car. I’m not enjoying this system, there’s no flexibility. I need to be contacted by email with a link of how to get in.

You’ve changed my payment day and apparently also changed my password because I can’t get into the portal to change it so you don’t take me over my overdraft limit and attract fees again next month. I’m also not receiving the reset email no matter how much I request it.

I tried to log into my portal to cancel my policy as it kept saying I hadn't done the verify I'm not a robot part even though I had and got the green tick!

Far to time consuming and complicated doing things via an online portal, a few things needed changing on the policy and I just seemed to hit a brick wall.

Really disappointed with the service and attitude of Yoga insurance. I took out a car insurance policy about 2 weeks before my current policy was due to end but the following day needed to cancel it. I understood that, as part of the 14 day cool off period relating to insurance, that I would receive a full refund, especially as the policy had not even started. When trying to cancel it online, i found out they were charging a £50 cancellation fee. This seems totally unreasonable, especially as the cover has not even started. I tried to speak to Yoga but, as an online company, there is only a useless chatbot and the live call operators only work short hours. On speaking to them (via chat) they were totally unwilling to make any concessions. Very disappointed with the poor attitude towards consumers.
